The staff were amazing. Very helpful and polite. There was a couple of large parties in there but we still received our food in a good time, and the food was beautiful.All the staff we spoken to were polite and we didn't have to wait long at all to be served. Also it was clean inside and outside in the gardens

Went at short notice , so glad we did food was lovely and generous portions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE WHITE RABBITWe will definitely go again , it nice to have a good pub in bilston with a dart board and a pool table.Well done 👏 👌👍

Friendly staff, food was lovely and service was quick. I forgot to apply the discount, but hopefully I'll do it next time.Definitely worth going. I enjoyed my food 👍 Only fault I could find was that the coffee was luke warm, but other than that, lovely. I will be back again 👍😊

Great vibe and surroundings with quality food and drinks at an affordable price. Total value for money satisfaction and run brilliantly by the management and staff. I have paid double the price at other pubs for food if this quality! Without question highly recommended visiting the Bankfield Inn for either a quality bite to eat or a relaxed atmosphere quality drink 👍

Well! What can I say? What a fantastic place, especially for the little one. Climbing frame outside and indoors some books and screens to play with. Atmosphere is lovely, helped mainly by the tremendous staff, namely Abbie, I would name the other ladies on the bar and servers who are all great but I don't know their names 😭. We've never had reason to complain or had a bad time here. Thanks to all the staff...see you soon. 😇

Brilliant!!! Eat here quite a lot and never have a bad meal. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Went tonight for a VIP meal for the new menu and again amazing!! Food was out of this world. Great prices for great food. Really looking forward to the new menu. Brilliant family venue catering for everyone. See you again soon!!

Had a fun birthday meal for me and my sister, treated by our mother and they gave us both incredible birthday cakes.

First time here, came with brother had the best fish &chips ever! The fish was large with amazing batter, (not hard greasy empty batter)I love the decor, especially the kids corner. The staff are amazing, made us feel like home. Thank you all!

This is a great pub for a cheap but generous meal out. The food was all pretty good and the portions were massive at a fantastic price. They also have a few deal nights and activity nights i.e. curry night and quiz night . If that's something that you are interested in.
