Back in the day when I was a kid it was the worsted chippy in the areaBut what a change the place is spotless the staff are politeAnd the food was absolutely spot one battered chips cooked to perfection donor meat still moist and full of flavourMy wife had fish and battered chipsThe batter on the fish was crispy and the fish looked cooked well " I say that as I don't eat fish lol '

I’ve ordered from Zara’s on just eat from when the pandemic started and it was fantastic but just lately the service and food have been questionable, the last 4 deliveries late by over 1hour and food cold !!!!!!! Delivery just received a recorded 2 hours 15 mins from ordering and cold!!! Not even an apology

Good chippy with a great range of food. I've used them for years without any issues. The girls on the front desk are always pleasant and helpful.

Get the garlic bread calzone with fillings you won’t look back 😏 Ask Rowley he’ll tell you, lived on these things for about a year 👀

We've used Zaras for years, we were worried when they got taken over but heard good things and had several good pizza from there since then.Tonight we opted for fish and chips, pool of oil in the bottom of the delivery bag wasn't a good sign. The fish smelled very fishy a sign it's far from fresh and the amount of oil made it inedible.Other than pizza I wouldn't recommend and probably won't use again.

Food is good but the staff have no manners at all. The woman was giving me a dirty look while rudely explaining how she cant hear me, then proceeded to just keep the same old stink face while serving me 😂😂 why get a job that involves serving customers when you dont have no people skills

Zara's has recently been taken over by the Owner and staff from Frydays - our favourite chippy. The food is always amazing and the staff are really happy and friendly. The parking can sometimes be tricky so we have been using the delivery service through Just Eat. The order is always delivered within 15 minutes - I don't know how they do it! Great service.
