Lovely place, good food and drink selection.

Disappointing experience I'm afraid. No sign to say to seat yourself. After a few minutes of being ignored it dawned on us. The bare brick walls look great but they make for an extremely loud experience. I couldn't even hear the music as people had to shout to each other to be heard. Also felt slightly cheated that the “house salad" is just tomatoes with some feta.

Took nearly an hour after ordering for food to drink and no sign of drinks. I could see them sitting at the hair for about 20 minutes getting watery and warm so in the end walked up and collected the tray myself. Food ice cold, small portions, no condiments or napkins, daiquiri only half full, dirty toilets, lots of tables uncleared. Messy and a poor example of the brand.

Ordered fish and chips and it wasn’t great unfortunately. I’m not one to complain but the batter wasn’t cooked properly and it was really cheap fishy tasting white fish that looked more brown than white. Cutlery still had half or the previous diners meal stuck to it and was left feeling pretty disappointed. Lovely venue but could be so much better with some quality control.

Had a lovely Bottomless Brunch experience on Saturday 30th April at Bar One in Worcester. Great choice of drinks and really enjoyed my Egg Royale.friendly waitresses I think the first one was Isobel but she had dark hair and was lovely and helpful and a lovely Irish lady (sorry I forget your Name) but you both were excellent and would definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful experience first visit to Worcester in years.

We'd booked a table for my birthday, when we arrived we told about the option to order with the QR code, but we explained that, due to having a voucher we'd prefer to order direct, staff member said that was no problem. 20 minutes later no-one had even taken a drinks order from us, 2 waiting staff had walked past us 7 times and ignored us. One waitress had even asked the next table if they'd like drinks, looked at us and just walked off...at this point we just left and went somewhere else. Won't be coming back. No idea if the food was any good, but so disappointed with the service.

Lots of variety of food with very friendly and supportive staff. Willing for any changed that you might need to food. The atmosphere is slightly more high end while also being friendly and welcoming. They are currently cashless but you can still tip which is good. Definitely good for meals any time of the day

Absolutely awful staff and completely unhelpful! Me and my girlfriend made a reservation for an evening meal, as always when we go for a meal I do not drink and therefore, do not bring my ID out. The staff on the door straight away when we approached asked for our ID I explained, we were NOT here for the bar or alcohol drinks, rather we just wanted food as we were under the impression it was a restaurant too? Considering it serves full meals. I am clearly well over the age of 18 and the staff member was very patronising and he found it very amusing I wasn’t able to eat tonight. We had drove 40 minutes to simply eat a meal and felt insulted by their approach to the situation and pure lack of sympathy. I will not be going back and hopefully as a company they are able to fix the attitude of their door staff, or simply employ new ones who won’t give a sticking attitude to paying customers doesn’t reflect well.

Great staff, good cocktails food was horrendous chicken over cooked, dry and tough...

The place was filled to the brim today on our visit. So waiting time on drinks was a long time but I can understand due to the Christmas fair being on. food was lovely. I just wanted to write a review to praise our waitress Steph she’s a credit to the company! I could see how much effort she was putting into all the customers and not just us! Such a lovely polite and hard working young lady.
