Arishana in Worcester

Dont bother using. Our food arrived one hour later than expected. I called three times, the first I was spoken to abruptly, told 'driver is on his way' and phone put down on me. The second time I asked to speak to someone else who said he would call the driver and call me back and for me to be patient because it's ramadan.. They didn't call back. I waited 20 mins, then called again, and was told the driver would be there in five minutes, ten minutes later he arrived. Awful customer service, and eventually received our cold food. I explained my upset to the gentleman over the phone, who thanked me for the feedback and my 'understanding' - I do not recommend

We ordered food for Sun 30th for 4 people which took over 80 minutes then they called and asked where we were. Upon receiving it was clear the food was not quite up to scratch which is an understatement! V poor and will not be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting company!! Food 2 1/2 hrs late! Phoned the company to be confronted with appalling customer service, had the phone put down on us, first phone call the food would arrive within 10 minutes half hour later still no arrival, second phone call apparently the driver tried to attempt delivery, despite the fact myself & 3 other people were standing outside the front door waiting still nothing!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Had a takeaway last night. Walked In through the open door. No one around. Got to the counter waited 5 minutes still no one arrived. Employees tip black tin was on the counter. I had to knock on the window to get service. Ordered our dinner by pointing to what we wanted because he didn't speak much English. Paid by card only to find neither man knew how to work the card machine. So had to do it myself. Told him to hide the tip tin. He couldn't understand so had to show him. All in all a joke. My chicken pakoras where burnt and I mean black burnt. A waste of £24. Which I feel is very over priced. Sorry but you have gone down in our opinion. We won't be coming back. Bring back SAM. terrible experience.

2 hours after I placed my order I called the restaurant to ask (very politely) how long it would be. The person on the other end of the phone hurled a long tirade of abuse at me, told me that he had no drivers and he was cancelling my order. Absolutely disgusting service and an embarrassment of a restaurant.

Excellent. We travel from Warndon to eat here as we think its worth it. Never had a bad meal and always tasty. Menu changes on a regular basis which means something new to try.

Spam texts trying to unsubscribe will cost money, food is not good avoid this place. Plenty of better restaurants in Worcester Gave one star because you can't give zero

rip off the price on the net was different to the price on site and that was a takeaway everything was at-least a pound dearer then on the internet phoned up to ask the prices after to be told the menu had been changed but they are still at the printers, and the internet price had not been changed ether, is that legal?

Had to wait a while for the food to be delivered, but we'll worth it. We had a takeaway. It was piping hot when it arrived and very flavoursum! I've promised myself to actual go for a meal in the restaurant if the takeaway was anything to go by! I've tried quite few takeaways now and most have been dissapointing. Only this one and deli6 have been best so far!

Came on recomndation , however having to wait 40 mins for the starters !I am paying for a service .I'm not happy , the staff are taking take out deliverys however not bringing us our food ?Avoid this restaurant if you require great service with your food .
