Browns at The Quay in Worcester

It'd had been a long time since my last visit to Browns, lovely to go back. We really enjoyed our lunch. It's a very attractive venue, with a good atmosphere. Despite it being a busy Sunday lunchtime, the service was excellent, Richard and his team make you feel extremely welcome, they are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The sharing platter we chose was so very good!

Amazing food and drinks. Top service, staff are friendly and welcoming! Extensive range of cocktails. Highly recommend visiting Brown's.

A gem!Was such a lovely weekend and 2 nights in this lovely hotel.The room was beautiful and really comfortable beds and equipped with everything we needed .Fantastic location on the riverside and near everything you could want in Worcester.Food was excellent, Service was outstandingThere’s pictures all around showing you the hotel when it was a hop and grain facility on the river in the olden days, and the people who worked there.

Went on Sunday lunchtime for a Birthday meal. the staff were great, even stopped talking about the F1 so I couldn't over hear the results (Thank You!!)Food was fantastic the whole party had great meals and were very impressed with the quality, deserts were stunning and not too heavy after the meal. We had a couple of cocktails too - all in all excellent value for money, you feel like you are being pampered without a huge bill at the end.

Surprise 60th for me! A table for 18 and we were treated like Kings by the most professional and genuine staff I've ever encountered. And the food was right out of the top drawer with everyone in our party complimenting and enjoying their food and drink. Many many thanks. Oh and I've booked again a table for 8 at the end of December ... can't wait!!!!!!

I stayed here for two nights for my wife's birthday. I had an excellent time the staff was excellent and friendly the room was very clean and tidy. We had an evening meal and the quality of food was excellent.Great breakfast good quality products.I would highly recommend this hotel. It right next to the river for great walks and walking distance to town.

The service was perfect, staff is very friendly. Kitchen was a but slow, orders were mixed and sauce practically non existent, although the taste of the food was excellent probably they need more staff in the kitchen to cope with demand, but they have brilliant chefs. Overall good atmosphere. Parking off site but within walking distance.

Nice location in close proximity to the town centre and University of Worcester. Parking nearby with pay and display. Very friendly and professional staff. Meal took a while to arrive and some mix up with the orders. Overall very nice atmosphere and would recommend for a meal or some drinks with friends or family.

We’ve always loved dining here . The foods amazing , as are the cocktails. And so lovely to sit by the river on a sunny day . Staff are attentive and friendly. Definitely dine here if you get the chance …

Lovely cocktails and nice views, however our food took over an hour to arrive. Meal was nice, well presented but bit bland tasting. Husband got two small slices of meat expecting a whole Duck breast for the price. Good sized children's meal.
