I ordered a meat feast pizza, there was a 2 4 1 deal but that was irrelevant as the pizza was the worst I have ever tasted. Do not order from here!

Best pizza in worcester, always loaded with ingredients and on time.

Honestly cannot fault these guys! Best pizza place in Worcester! Great prices too.

My order was wrong and they did not deliver me a new / correct order. A member of their staff said I had to come to the store and they would not deliver to me despite their mistake. This is disappointing as I am I regular there. I order once every week or two weeks. I will say that old cliche "I will take my business elsewhere" Plus, I've told two friends who are also regulars and they will not be ordering ftom Caspian either. Just by not showing the slightest degree of customer care and not delivering my order, they have lost 3 regular customers. Good choice in the end.

Ordered today... californian as normal and decided to try something new as well so also ordered a tandoori chicken pizza and added olives as an extra ! The californians topping were half off a few slices as box had been crushed...but tasted good ! The tandoori however tasted like a californian minus the cream the chicken seemed to be exactly the same on both and tasted the same too....other than that was quick delivery and tasted good !

I ordered from this place today (1/6/2021). The food arrived within 10 minutes of the chosen delivery time, which I was perfectly happy with. The pizza was still hot when I received it, which I was very pleased with since most pizzas I order from other places arrive warm or lukewarm. The delivery driver who brought my food was polite and friendly. As for the food, I can't complain considering the price I paid for it. It was well-cooked, the toppings were delicious and it was a nice Tuesday evening treat. So if you're craving a pizza that isn't too expensive, give Caspian a chance!

I ordered a chicken BBQ pizza with jalapeños. It's the worst one I've had. I doubted if there was any chicken on it, but think I found 1 piece on my large pizza - a tiny bit, tough and dried up, like the tandoori kebab type. There was some rubbery pepperoni on it it too. Texture very odd. Supposedly a thin pizza. See how I could tear each piece down its middle and the little flakes of whatever it was in each piece under the top layer of the pizza, giving a horrible texture. Not tasty at all. Ground chicken maybe? God knows. I left most of it. Also, when collecting, they apparently can only accept cash - in the year 2021!..and with contactless now the norm due to covid... no receipt given....say no more....

For me this is the finest pizza in Worcester. The meat feast is highly tasty with each me coming through. The veggie supreme is not just your standard add more veg with feta cheese as a stand out. Quality base and great prices. Get one today

Just used their app to order a pizza. When you click collection , if you then click ‘pizza’ the prices used aren’t the collection prices. It charged me nearly £20 for what should have been a £13 pizza. When I got to the shop the owner told me it was my problem, even though I’d clicked ‘collect’. After I questioned why his app is doing this, he then gave me £5, and asked what sauces I wanted. I asked him who made his app because it seems to be a con he refused to discuss it, said he was busy, and told me to leave, saying it was my own fault... I said that it was the app that he provided that causes the issue, at which he said ‘I’ve given you £5. What do you want me to do?’ ‘ well give me the other £2 or I can contact trading standards’ I said... to which he said ‘ I gave you a sauce’ to this I offered his sauce back and told him I’d take the £2 and he can keep the sauce... at this he asked if this would make me go away? When I agreed, he gave me my £2.I have since been contacted by the owner saying;“I think you need to select the pizza that is under the title collection how ever if you choose to pay the delivery price and still come to collect that’s entirely your choice”To this I say;“...having selected ‘collection’ I expect the collection prices... secondly if they thought I wanted delivery why didn’t they ask for my address? Or even contact me ( via the phone number provided on order) to check I actually wanted delivery rather than collection as I’d chosen..Thirdly, it was well in their power to rectify this situation without the rudeness I was faced with.I would bet that this isn’t the first time this has happened! As the app service provider they should try to ensure their customers are not led down the wrong path. If they are, genuinely, as I was, they should offer assistance. Instead they chose to use rudeness to justify their position. In conclusion, their app is misleading and can result in you ordering from a delivery menu (which has banners offering ‘ 2 for 1, pizzas, side orders... but DOESN’T say ‘Delivery’), rather than collection menu (a small selection bar at the bottom of the page).Be careful, because these people will not happily rectify mistakes!

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight. After eating a some I discovered they had no base sauce on. I rang to complain after explaining the situation and asking to speaker to someone in charge, I heard laughter in the back ground before being passed to a manager and told they would make it up to me next time!! Won't be ordering again
