Caths Fried Chicken in Worcester

Seems that beef and bird has gone downhill. Ordered here before and really enjoyed the food but this time not at all. Took 2 hours to arrive and 2 phonecalls. When it turned up it was cold and overly salty.

I have ordered twice now from this company. I love buffalo chicken wings boned and boneless. The chicken wings from here are neither. I thought the first time they had ran out of chicken wings, so i tried it again. It is definitely chicken breast. I have no idea how they can advertise chicken wings and serve breast. Call it chicken pieces not chicken wings.

When first started was really good but gone really all down hill. Ordered three different wings last weekend and were all the same flavour when arrived and not up to original standard. Not been the first time so think I will just make my own from now on

Cold by the time it arrived.Buns were burnt. Chicken tough and wayyyyyyy overcooked.Chips tasted 2 days old.Called and, when we finally got through, were left on the worktop and forgotten whilst they complained to one another about "Cam"30 mins late.Ate some, chucked some. Never worth £25 for two burgers and one chips.We won't be bothering them again.

What an absolute shambles, couldn’t actually got any worse for a restaurant.1st of all the order turned up 2 hours late…..imagine :)2nd the food was obviously cold due to it just being sat there for someone to get up and do their job3rd They completely missed off an itemFull hat trick for Beef & Bird for woeful customer service, Professional Standards and Bog Standard Food.WILL NOT BE RETURNING (Shocking I know)

What can I say about Beef and Bird?The food is consistently amazing. The burger and wings are an undefeated combo, you won't find any better in Worcester. The chicken is succulent and juicy, the wings explode with flavour. If you do one thing today, make sure its to order their Thai wings, that stuff is life changing man.Thank me later.

1st time - not great but gave benefit of the doubt as they were new.2nd - 5th time - not bad but not fab.6th time - didn’t arrive - Waited nearly 1.5hrs(apparently my order didn’t print but my suspision it was end of evening, despite their order system accepting the order and processing!)7th time - order due in 45 mins (their system) arrived 1.5hrs later. Driver said he receives nothing but complaints. Food arrived cold.Sorry Beef&Bird - I’m a massive supporter of ‘support local’ but you guys have not grasped customer service nor standard expectations.Plenty of better options in Worcester.Game over for me.

First time ordering but will never order from here again. Our classic chicken burger had a huge black hair running through it. We phoned to complain, but the manager didn’t seem bothered at all and all they can do is a refund. Fair enough, but one member of our party was left without food because of this! For a place with a food hygiene rating of 3, this is seriously lacking and unacceptable. All employees handling food with long hair should have it tied back and/or covered. They obviously do not practice this here so god knows what unhygienic practices they allow. Will never order here again and most certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

Can't get enough of this food. Everything has been done to perfection. Haloumi fries to die for. Fairplay to the lads at the venue. I can see this venture getting bigger. Everyone should try at least once.

Decent food, poor service. Ordered for collection and arrived on time. Had to wait a further 15 minutes. Some well cooked food but just maybe lacked that professional experience needed.
