Droitwich Starbucks in Worcester

Very handy to grab a coffee before getting onto the motorway. Lots of room if you want to drink in.

Popped in yesterday afternoon, wasn’t busy in the slightest, social distancing was in place, and everything was calm.However, I ordered 2 large caramel lattes, spent £8.50 and ended up getting disgustingly bitter coffees. By the time it was cool enough to drink it, I had already driven miles away, and wasn’t about to drive all the way back.Charging £4.25 for a mouthful of horrendous coffee isn’t on. Would’ve been slightly understandable had the store been rushed off of its feet, however there was only one person in the queue in front of me.Staff were lovely, but don’t understand that my coffee was inedible🤢

New, clean, well laid out, staff are really friendly and professional.... although clean those air con units "dont look up"

Gasping for drink so called in, young lady got the order wrong, then went to give me cash for a card payment.Found nice corner of car park though.

It's was lovely, I've never been to a starbucks before today, it was clean and my cake was a lovely treat

Surprisingly spacious inside. Small carpark spaces if you have a van (ambulance in our case). Clean toilets, fast service

Great service, nice and clean whenever I've been.Great location, very close to J5 M5 on my way to the motorway.Good amount of parking on site.

Ordered two caramel cappuccinos, one felt considerably lighter than the other, dipped my finger in the one and my cup was only half full with actual coffee, and half froth lol. The coffee tasted so bitter, actually put me off Starbucks. Won’t be returning. Wouldn’t hurt for the baristas to crack a smile either. It really shows in your coffee making skills. Costa wins.

Best Starbucks I have been to. Fantastic service always and the food and drinks are hands down the best out of any Starbucks around. Fast and efficient, I would highly recommend. The only downside is you cannot order ahead via the app, but hopefully that will be implemented soon!
