Dreadful. Whole store had no staff, went on menswear where they were more interested in their phones and gossiping rather than helping me. Was then told I can get a refund for my shirt, only a credit note or exchange which is disgusting really. I wasn’t explained this before. Joke honestly

One off the last old school department stores left in wonderful Worcester and it still looking good and has some great xmas bargains 👏👏🎄🎅🙂

A big shop with many popular clothing names. Good perfume counters and good cafe with small play area for little children.Decent offers in all departments.

Im unsure what's going on with House of Fraser stores..they're open, but seem deserted..not much stock and very few staff.. No point in upmarket cosmetic brands, if never any trained staff on counter to advise my choices..

Clarins counter is fab and fully stocked, the lady that works for Clarins is fabulous 👌 really knows the products..

Pleasantly surprised that this HOF still looks like a premium shopping store where others now look tatty & uninspiring. Good collection of mens downstairs and ladies on upper floor
