F##King class! The staff were epic getting us our own area. Ordering drinks was easy via the QR code on each table. Brilliant music. Well worth a visit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a cocktail Masterclass for 12 of us in a joint birthday bash, and it was brilliant- Anya and max did a fantastic job, had great energy and got all of us up and mixing- who doesn’t love some friendly competition! Thanks again Anya- we’ll definitely be back

Anya was incredible at our master class tonight !! World class experience , more people should do master classes with anya she belongs behind the bar !! Made my sisters birthday so perfect !!! Best night ever thank you so much !!! You’re the best

UPDATED (see below) My friend booked to come in at 23:00 tonight it is now 23:19 5 degrees and were waiting in the normal queue to get in, if you book you should be able to come on the time specified.Just want to update, this was a mistake of someone on the door, Keystones later resolved the issue and got us a table, so very happy with how it was resolved.

Anya is a fantastic host and great teacher. Her expertise can not be more stated. You won't find a better teacher ... Highly recommend!

Keystones cocktail bar, what can I say! Best bar in the West Midlands let alone Worcestershire. Get yourself if you want a cracking night!

Literally my favourite place to go. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The blonde manager there (don't know her name) she is freakin awesome, always full of energy and accommodating!!! I've never had a bad experience there and I would totally recommend.

To the owner of Keystones,On Saturday 21st August at 6pm my friend and I came to Keystones for a cocktail masterclass. We were put with Nico. I had to take the time to write this email regarding him, as we were blessed enough to have been in his presence for that time. He was so kind, enthusiastic and positive the entire time. We had some very educational conversations and I look forward to seeing him flourish in whatever he decides to do when he is older. Working at a school I would love to be able to arrange with him to come and do some talks to the kids about culture and his experiences. With regards to the cocktails, he was so knowledgable about the spirits, techniques and measurements, that it was inspiring. I feel like you should feel very proud to have him work for you and I do hope he gets a reward of some kind for that night.Please give our huge thanks to Nico,Best Wishes,Miss Kirsty Jones

I arrived at keystones at 5pm on the hottest day of the year so far, so of course I was wearing shorts, as was most people I had seen that day. The lady on the door tells me I cannot enter in shorts as it’s a “proper nightclub” which I find hard to believe. Ive been here before 2 years ago a few times and even in it’s prime was nothing short of an overpriced cocktail bar, not a nightclub, plus what “night”club is open from midday? Our table was from 5-8 and I didn’t think it was unfair to think they’d be lenient on summer clothes on a proper summers day. This wasn’t even the most annoying part of my visit, I had to go back home and change into a pair of jeans and trek back to here as my friends luckily already wearing trousers had gone in to get the table. Upon entering I am literally sat next to a guy similar age to me in shorts. Which frankly is a laughable how badly I alone was treated. If it were a standard all day that staff followed I’d almost understand. But for me to have to rearrange to get a change if clothes and for others to be let in without a second thought? I can’t believe it. I used to think this place was a solid bar to visit on a night out but that opinion has since been trashed. Thank you a lot keystones, as for no reason I’ve been treated more harshly than other customers here without so much of an apology. If I ever get asked to visit here again I’m going to simply laugh as there’s nothing I’d imagine could be worse.

Great looking place and great cocktails I think the manager is fab and gave us some free lemon flavoured shots there were popcorn in bags on the table which were very salty but nice for most people even if they make you thirsty it was easy to order on my mobile this would be 5 stars but one of the waitresses came up to the table looking inside my bag which had items I just brought inside which I thought was an invasion of privacy I would recommend and I would come again
