KFC in Worcester

The four star review is from a while ago. However things have changed during the last six months when on three occasions I have got home after using the drive through only to find items missing. The last time this happened I actually asked staff to check the order, can't believe it.I do have to say having contacted customer service on the last two occasions I had this issue I was given evouchers to cover the cost of missing items. So great customer service pity that doesn't extend to the drive through staff!

Best KFC I have been to, food is always cooked perfectly and staff are always attentive and friendly. Often visit and have tried new items off the menu due to recommendations made by helpful and knowledgable staff. Refreshing to always arrive home and find all the food I have ordered has been included, keep up the great work.

I'm not sure what to write for a review, but dear reader, stay with me for this while I muse upon this.Should I write: This shining palace of chicken beckons, a siren's call for the hungry who lust to satiate their taste buds' yearning for fried chicken. At first the smell assails you, drawing you in, making you salivate before the first bite. Before you know it, you are embraced by the flavours as eleven herbs and spices entrance youPerhaps I should write that, but the fact is, it's greasy chicken and chips, washed down with a paper cup of Pepsi. It's cheap and cheerful. What more do you want?

Shocking bad service and it's not staff fault at all. I ordered via app and went to drive through to collect. My order was not visible and was found after 5 minutes on the inside service. Chap was not able to grab it due to tech constraints and advised me to go inside to collect. No probs. Inside my order was on prep side for a few minutes then moved to collect but no one was calling it. I had a chance to observe staff in action but they were all watching screens and there was no action or food movement. Just chaotic running due to not knowing how the system works. Clearly it's not working or there was no sufficient training provided. Restaurant was not even busy, just a few customers but it still took me 35 minutes to get my order.

Ate in,plenty of car parking space including disabled.food good tables,trays etc being cleaned all the time by Steve very friendly staff

Put a £40 order in and they forgot the extra pieces of chicken we paid for as well as the sides, I only go there for the beans I understandably upset Krushem was good though

We came through the drive throu this evening (24th December) we ordered 3 gravy box meals and a chicken burger meal plus 4 drinks. We got our meal in the bag and drove back home. When we got back home to eat we had been giving the wrong food order so rang up to complain and get the food we ordered. We were told to come back down to the store and pick up the right food order. When I got back to the store I had to wait over 10 minutes for half the meal and wait a further 5 minutes for the other half of the meal at this point the food was going cold. Eventually got the right meals after waiting almost 20 minutes. Won't be coming back here for some time which is a shame as they have been really good in the past when we have used them before. Also will have to check our food order when we get it next time to make sure we have right order before we leave which is a shame as you should be able to trust them to get the right order to customers. Overall a poor service and experience. If anyone comes here make sure to check you have been giving the right order

ONE STAR ISN'T LOW ENOUGH!After being sent around the drive through once again, if the bloke hadn't had been busy dancing around he would have noticed that there were lots of cars waiting to put in there orders. Nobody was at the order point, at least 15 minutes per order waiting at the next window. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told that they were closed and refused to take our order. NEVER GOING TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN. Kebabs on the Butts it is then!

I used to love KFC.The chicken was a decent size and the chips were to die for, but my recent visit to KFC in Worcester was very disappointing.The chips are awful and the chicken pieces have shrunk. It tasted very washed out with very little flavour

I do not usually give bad reviews - ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS BRANCH, but it is the lowest possible. Waited at order window for a long time (@18.00) saw no one attend or even moving around in area. Moved around corner - surprised to see two vehicles ahead of me given my wait already. Again waited and waited. 10 minutes later I saw a single coke handed over. A few minutes later two bags of food handed out. A few minutes again 4 cokes. This seemed to complete the order and van driver looked to exchange a few comments before driving off. The car in front had ordered 2 cokes only so moved up and got those before moving out. I moved up and promptly the server turned his back and ignored all eye contact or even close and started getting other drinks out. I eventually knocked on the shelf. Another 'colleague' rushed over. I explained that the other window was not manned even though I waited for a while. I wanted to order some food and had the exact money. Told I could not do that I had to order at the other window. By this time two other vehicles had appeared behind me together. Bearing in mind the eat in counters and tills were less than 30 feet behind them, I again asked to order and pay cash. Again refused. Asked to speak to manager. I again explained that window was not manned and therefore I moved on. She told me I had to go around again and order at the unmanned window (which I presume someone was now actually there serving) Again told I would have go around again even after I pointed out that other cars were now behind me. Asked why my order could not be put through on the counter - 'not allowed to' came the answer. At least it was consistent that they were not allowed to assist a customer if it meant that staff could think for themselves. TERRIBLE customer service- didn't even get any food after 25 minutes waiting and drove off to do a 12 hour shift hungry and @$$^% off. 1 star is too high for this branch. Been to many kfc's in UK and USA. YES - I did raise my voice at their total inflexibility and at their suggestion that I go around again having already been waiting 25 minutes. Never seen or been treated by such poor staff who we are told are customer friendly and anxious for business.
