Absolutely fantastic place . Busy , friendly but very fast service . Good choice of cocktails

Absolutely awful staff and completely unhelpful! Me and my girlfriend made a reservation for an evening meal, as always when we go for a meal I do not drink and therefore, do not bring my ID out. The staff on the door straight away when we approached asked for our ID I explained, we were NOT here for the bar or alcohol drinks, rather we just wanted food as we were under the impression it was a restaurant too? Considering it serves full meals. I am clearly well over the age of 18 and the staff member was very patronising and he found it very amusing I wasn’t able to eat tonight. We had drove 40 minutes to simply eat a meal and felt insulted by their approach to the situation and pure lack of sympathy. I will not be going back and hopefully as a company they are able to fix the attitude of their door staff, or simply employ new ones who won’t give a sticking attitude to paying customers doesn’t reflect well.

Lots of variety of food with very friendly and supportive staff. Willing for any changed that you might need to food. The atmosphere is slightly more high end while also being friendly and welcoming. They are currently cashless but you can still tip which is good. Definitely good for meals any time of the day

The place was filled to the brim today on our visit. So waiting time on drinks was a long time but I can understand due to the Christmas fair being on. food was lovely. I just wanted to write a review to praise our waitress Steph she’s a credit to the company! I could see how much effort she was putting into all the customers and not just us! Such a lovely polite and hard working young lady.

Very tasty food. Great selection of food and drinks, they also had a variety of festive cocktails too. Staff were friendly and helpful... however no cash payments allowed, still highly recommended.

I would really like to praise my waitress.I came to all bar one a few months ago. Today I returned to be greeted with the exact same waitress! last time I came in she was brilliant, and I remember in conversation from my first visit that she was a new member of the team, I can see her confidence has grown so much! She recommended me a lovely dish! and the chefs were able to cater to my needs! so a big shout out to Steph and the chefs!

A pretty typical chain establishment. Nothing bad, nothing outstanding either. More or less empty it had the feel of somewhere close to closure but of course it may be busier at other times. Food and service were above average.

Really lovely meal, went out with my partner and the whole team were lovely. Grace *I think her name is* was so welcoming and kind. 100% will go back again, the Tapas Tuesdays is a brilliant date night

Had tapas and drinks yesterday evening, the food was ok but nothing special - we were not really expecting it to be based previous experience. However what was exceptional was the service by Alicia and Becky who served us during the evening. They were friendly, happy, interested in us and genuinely appeared to care which is sadly rare in many restaurant's these days. Both my husband and I have very high customer service standards and expectations but we would both give them a job in our departments! Well Done and Thank You Alicia and Becky. Ben & April Cash
