Mcdonalds Restaurants in Worcester

The staff never seem happy. I know it is hard, but sometimes a smile can make a big difference to the person themselves and to the business. The security guard gave me more than the staff on floor. Very friendly officer.

We arrived about 18.30hrs on a very busy Saturday evening. The staff were incredibly quick considering how busy they were. The young man even had time to wish us a good evening. Very impressed. Keep up the good work McDonald's, Worcester!

Stumbled in here at 3:00am on a Saturday. The grill was hot, the oil was bubbling, the esteemed chefs were toiling over their craft, and the light that spilled out of that hallowed building was a beacon for all around. Like moths to a flame we helplessly drifted forth, the smell of nugget batter an irresistible sirensong. I don't remember much about the meal itself, except to say that it was the same as every other McDonald's in the country. Because they're all the same. And you know what? It was what I needed right then.

Manager spoke to me like dirt when there was a mess up with my order. Could hear her moaning about me together worker over the phone too. Hylton road you get a warm welcome here you get greeted with moods.

Burgers were good,fries cold and dead. Toilets absolutely filthy, they need totally re-gutting. Mould all around the sinks lacking space with one toilet and 2 filthy urinals. Would rather spend my money somewhere that’s cleaner, but would consider a takeaway.

Slow, slow service; incorrect, messed up orders; unclean tables; overcrowding as they take more orders than they can serve. It's everything you'd expect of a Mickey D branch, and more!

The service is fast and they normally maintain everything clean which is good. The space they have is big enough, and the upstairs is comfortable.They have also 2 machines upstairs in case that you want to buy something instead of going downstairs to buy.I don't enjoy that most of the times I buy a drink, the cup is not full filled, but I am paying for it full.Most of the times the numbers are not cleared from the monitor so it happens to have numbers that are passing for the second time while everyone is completely lost.That's everything I have to say, good but not perfect. I give it 4 stars!

How anyone eats at McDonald's is beyond me. Fries 🍟 are tastless. Cheese burger 🍔 is a effortless piece of junk. With the cheese tasting nothing like cheese at all!!! The only reason why I am giving it a star is its nice to see the staff having a job !

Every time I've used this McDonald's they have been very slow to get an order out. Given that it's supposed to be fast food, waiting 10-15 minutes for an order isn't good enough.This is probably the worst of the 3 McDonald's in Worcester.

So busy doing delivery orders they put walk in customers last. Waited 10 minutes for a solitary double cheeseburger. Not even peak lunchtime. Absolute pony.
