This is the most pathetic pizza ever received - £16 for this! No chicken and no pepperoni on the “double pepperoni” pizza - I ran the manager told them how bad the pizza was and he just put the phone down -I did realise that I had ordered before many moons ago from this company and then no pizza came at all -Complete disgrace and DO NOT USE!!

Ordered from pan pizza, was told my food will be just under an hour. I had to call after an hour and half to check on food which I was told was still on way, didn't receive food at all. This place is a waste of money and it only has a level 3 hygiene rating.never again

Pan Pizza used to deliver in 10-15 minutes. The food was fresh a piping hot. Delivery times have now plummeted, with average time being over an hour. Last night, when our food took two hours to arrive, we sent it back. Traffic cannot be blamed, be when we phoned the staff were rude, abusive, and took no responsibility whatsoever, saying it was all because of roadworks.

Very disappointed. To start the guy that serve me was rude. And to make it better on the end they charge me extra because I use my card. Found strange but pay once i was there .

I ordered for collection, food was served without wait.Generous portion of mushrooms and garlic bread, all tastes delicious.Pizza was delicious, however I did order and pay for sweet corn as an extra, which wasn’t on my pizza when I opened it.Advice would be to double check on all orders.Overall, quality was lovely.Will definitely order from yourselves again!!

Food arrived cold. My order was wrong despite my boyfriend calling pan pizza twice and confirming that I didn't want cheese on my pizza (lactose intolerant) and my pizza still arrived covered in cheese. Phoned up to try and get a new pizza that I could eat and staff were incredibly rude. Told me I was wrong and hung up on me before ignoring my calls. Won't order again

Very disappointed. Ordered spicy beef x 2 tandoori chicken x 1 jalapenos x1, pizza arrived, plain beef little tandoori chicken AND NO JALAPENOS. PAID FOR BUT DIDNT RECEIVE ANY.VERY DISAPPOINTING.

After waiting over an hour for my food. To find out the chicken was burnt and they never sent the chocolate fudge cake I ordered. Absolutely shocking service. WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND! Disappointed.

Horrible food all round pizzas were taste less and cold. Kebabs were cold and the salad was off the lettuce was yellow and brown not green and fresh. The chips were burnt and tasted off old fat. I would never order from this place again and I suggest other don't. I might as well threw £30 in the bin tonight.

Most of the food is ok bearing in mind you can't get food in other places in this part of town in the early hours, but i just ordered a burger and its literally the worst burger ive ever had. Actual dog food. Ordera pizza or some chicken, but for the love of food dont get a burger from here... I've actually left some of it and its 1.30am and im a bit drunk and i love burgers... its that bad.
