Pizza Express in Worcester

Friendly staff, clean and organised area, it's a good pizza express

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Courtesy checks, lovely food and staff actually working hard and not standing around talking like you see so much of these days. Pizza Express are definitely setting the customer service standard - all other restaurants should follow theirs!

We went to ASK, and were greeted by a waiter wno politely ask us to come back in 30 minutes So we decided to walked into pizza express to check if they have a table We stood in the foyer for a while hoping to talk to one of the waitress. But, the waitress saw us but we were completely ignored. So we went to another restaurant 😐

Food pretty much the same whichever Pizza Express you visit but this venue benefits from the services of 'Antony' a really helpful and pleasant waiter. Nothing is too much trouble for him. 5 star service from Antony.

Rubbish rubbish & rubbish!!I gave them another try and still disappointed!Come home cold and the base was like a gum I can not chewing and my stomach can not take it. Was nothing on top , few slices of ham …very poor. I paid 32£ for nothing. I want to call them but I will be so rude how disappointed I was!I was so hungry !!!

Quick and impromptu service. Toilets were out of order but alternative unisex were available. Food quality was fine. Service efficient. No issues.

I haven't been to Pizza Express for a while but had an impromptu lunch there this week and it was great! Asked for an outside table as we had a dog, we were brought a water bowl for him, and offered a dog chew which was a lovely thought. Our waiter, Nicholas, was fantastic - quick, helpful, friendly. Also loved the food - the new burnt ends pizza was delicious and my husband enjoyed the calzone. A fantastic little booklet for children too which my son loved. A delicious meal!

Delicious pizza. Can't remember the waiters name, but he was new, only been there a couple weeks, young lad, dark hair. Excellent service from him. Served table 29 this evening at 6:30, please pass on my compliments.

The staff are so friendly and the food is delicious! Great service - they go the extra mile 🙌

Disappointing family dinner.We visited the Worcester Pizza Express beginning of this week. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with a service and a quality we paid for more than 150 pounds. We decided to celebrate family occasion including 6 adults and 2 kids.Service was everything but not “express” which is not acceptable even for us but when you have a 7 and a 4 years old with you even worse waiting more than half an hour for the pizza. ( I would like to note this was Monday evening after Xmas and before New year’s Eve, before they would use the excuse it was a holiday season ) If you know you will be busy get more staff in but don’t make the customer wait for their order more than 30 minutes. After a long wait the pizza which we did not want - because we been told they run out of cheese (whaooo pizza place and no cheese) so we could not have what we want to order at the first place – what they served was awful. We order one without meat of course they served with a ham, other was so thin (never asked for and they charged extra 2 pounds for the uneatable pizza ) the pizza was actually crispy and unenjoyable. Some pizza was served cold other without any seasoning and tasteless.The starter was even more shocking as the “fresh salad” they served with a dough balls was soaked and parched and the manager claimed it was freshly cut and made a face when I dare to asked how long it’s been out. I am a trained chef and let me tell you that “freshly cut cucumber and tomato” (please see pictures attached) was sitting out of the fridge for a long time. It was disgusting I did not let my kids to eat it.The “final touch of disappointment” of the evening was when we want to order the dessert and they did not have a chocolate fudge cake either??!!! We asked the waiter how come whatever simple things we are asking for you don’t have??? And he just laughed and shrug his shoulders. So we ordered the cheese cake instead of and let me tell you it was dry and tasteless something they defrosted a day before.After all the very bad experience with a Worcester Pizza Express where is a management or staff was not kind or helpful and made us wait for the tasteless second choice dinner  for such a long time we definitely won’t return and will tell all friends to do the same! The competitors pizza is not just much better and served fresh but their service is more welcoming and customer focused.
