Ordered via website for collection, arrived and could see safety measures in place, food was brought out promptly and server was very polite. Oh and this "I can't believe its not cheesecake" is amazing

Amazing vegan options, always tastes great! The biscoff vegan cheesecake is perfection (just very over priced and a tiny portion). Always delivers food on time and so far have never had any issues with them!!Thank you pizza hut for having great vegan options and being my go to place of choice whenever I treat myself to a cheeky takeaway! 🙂🙂🙂

Because of my lactose intolerance I can't eat regular cheese, and I was having issues with the deliveroo website and the allergen but when I called (03/06/20) at around 7pm, the phone was answered by the most helpful woman who helped me recieve a lactose free order even with the deliveroo restrictions and I cannot thank her enough! I'm sorry I can't remember her name because she was an outstanding, amazing customer service representative who did everything she could to help. Also a thankyou to the chefs who came up with a solution to my issue! Amazing service 12/10

Had an interesting experience when we were dining and police came in and out, but at least it added some mystery to the evening. Limited free parking time outside which seems a little unfair but understandable if Pizza Hut do not own the car park. Great, friendly and engaging servers. I absolutely love the buffet salad.

Pizza Hut - 2 large pizza, 1 small, 5 drinks, 3 puddings £115 prices are ridiculous and not just the mains. This used to be a family treat at about £60, but its nearly double that now. The service was extremely poor as well, with one of the puddings arriving after everybody else had finished.

The best of this Pizza Hut location is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. I like pizza so I would be bias if I tell you that the food is good so, anyway, I guess everyone knows Pizza Hut therefore I'll leave it there.Almost forgot, the parking is free for only two hours, but I suppose is enough for most people. Why not 5 stars?Well I saw some rodents outside the restaurant just before entering to have a meal so maybe a bit more care other surroundings would help. Although, that been said, the restaurant is right next to a canal so maybe it's bound to happen, not sure.

Staff were lovely and attentive. Even helped us save money by downloading an app which gave us a bit of a discount. We asked for our 2 left over chicken bites to be put in a box for the way home and the waiter dropped them, we weren't worried anyway, were only taking them home because we didn't want to waste food. When they brought our bill over they brought us over a fresh box of 8 chicken bites! Couldn't ask for better service, even though they really didn't have to. Will be going again.

Nice place, not bad for the money, gluten free menu was extensive but the bowls for unlimited salad are so tiny it could only hold a couple of nachos and a teaspoon of potata salad. That said the woman who served us was nice and so was the free pizza on the unlimited buffet that i did not have. Behold

Great clean airy restaurant. Can get very noisy due to the acoustics caused by the hight of the roof. Food is always good here. Kitchen staff are in the room cooking so you see what is going on. Great for kids to find out what food looked like before it becomes pizza on a plate. Staff are friendly, well presented and attentive. View out onto the new pedestrianised square is pleasant enough.

Visited for pre-booked birthday party for daughter and friends. They forgot to put balloons on the table, which whilst no big deal shows a lack of customer care. The staff are attentive and took our order within a few minutes if us being seated. The biggest problem is the length of time from ordering to food hitting the table - more than 45 minutes, which for me is pretty rubbish for pizza.
