Poppins in Worcester

Went for breakfast this morning staff couldn't be more accommodating, when we arrived with our pushchair they seated us right away without issue even though it was very busy.I'm vegetarian dairy and soya free due to breast feeding my little one who has an intolerance the staff where super helpful with checking what I could and couldn't have on the menu and happily swapped the things I couldn't eat to make up a wonderful breakfast.Once our food arrived we also asked if we could swap tables now it was a little quieter so I could feed my little one in the corner rather than In the middle of the restaurant. The staff where so attentive and helpful nothing was to much trouble.Eating out since my little one arrived has been very difficult due to all the things I can't eat, they did a great job at making me feel comfortable and making sure I had a lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend 😊

Good food, incredibly friendly staff. Manager served us personally and was an absolute joy

Food was standard, typical cafe, busy, but what made this brilliant was the service and especially the waiter who served us. He should be a comedian, absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic service family friendly environment. Finally found somewhere to eat good food.. reasonable prices and a full on recommendation to anyone arriving Worcester as I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. love it 👍

My friend and I visited on Thursday 2nd December 2021.We received an excellent welcome, excellent customer service, great banter. Very clean and tidy. Excellent choice on menu, great prices, very tasty.I would recommend. We are not from that area, delighted we came across this lovely cafe/restaurant.Staff very happy and helpful.

Called into this lovely cafe during the Victorian Street Fayre 4 December 2021.Family of 4 adults, wife in wheelchair due to hip operation. Made totally welcome by the owner. Very attentive, cheerful, efficient, nice person who could not do enough to help! Food (served quickly) also a delight-well cooked, quality, hot, and delicious. All staff nice and friendly. Could not fault it, and most certainly will call in again, when in area. Well done to all!!

Friendly place, bigger then it looks from the outside. Waiters are attentive, service is quick. Value for money. I had a huge jacket potato with cheese and beans, simple but delicious and hot. Thank you for the lovely lunch, Poppins

We had a fantastic time! We had a cottage cheese salad and the food was really fresh, and plentiful. We ordered two cups of tea, and it arrived within a couple of minutes. The service and staff was fantastic , especially the manager Irfan who exceeded every customer service and was polite and cheerful

31 August 2021:Walking around Worcester city centre was a delight but as we were approaching the lunchtime hour, both my friend and I just wanted a nice proper English breakfast with good coffee too. He remembered that Poppins do really good all day breakfasts and eventually we found it....and my friend is supposedly from Worcester..Haha he could have found it quicker as my stomach was rumbling for some good ol proper "English fry up" or a great traditional English breakfast!What a delicious breakfast and Poppins is a real gem...real traditional cafe like it should be and no wonder it was really busy and full.Kaan managed to find us a table near the kitchen and it was perfect. The smells of real English Breakfast were wafting over to us and we couldn't wait to get our breakfast!And wow, was it delicious or what, yup!!Thanks KAAN for your friendly welcome and service and the amazing English breakfast as it should be...beans, crispy bacon, yummy sausage, black pudding, perfect runny egg and all the rest.....A big thank you to the rest of the staff as well including the cooks/chefs too!!Highly recommend this cafe and this is what a proper traditional cafe should be like!We'll be back most definitely when in and around Worcester city centre again!
