Primo Pizza in Worcester

Fantastic customer service. Issue with the app so had to phone through. Two pizzas ordered with delivery at a really good price and delivery quick and friendly. Pizza tasted awesome as well! Thank you!

Absolutely disgusting, I asked what is the cheapest stuff on the menu as I only had cash and left my wallet at home they looked at me as if I was begging them for money, at first he said 5:30 then when he realised I don’t have that much in my hand he said “kidding mate 4:30 for chips “. I was about to walk out when he replied hold on £1 for chips. Therefore o proceeded to taking 1.50 out my pocket and his friend or boss shouted it’s £1.50 for chips price has just gone up.Two large bold English men looking at each other grinning. I apologised and walked out the shop. Btw they kept the pound I gave them.Disgusting service, attitude.

45 mins late. no sauces. pizza still decent tbf. such is life.

The quality has gone downhill tremendously and their driver is absolutely useless.Will not order from here again. Both pizzas stone cold, had to put the oven on. Vegetable pizza, vegetables were old and bitter .. such a shame as this place used to be great.

ordered from here multiple times in the past and never had any problems , pizza has always been very nice and delivery on time . however i ordered today and have had a few problems . first my order was late as it was suppose to be here at 8.05 at around 8.15 i contacted just eat and they told me that they are running behind and my order will be with me at 8:30. this isnt a problem as i am aware things can happen and orders can be delayed , at 8:40 i contacted them again and they cancelled my order. this is a massive pain as i have been waiting over 2 hours for this just for them to cancel it !!

Ordered food for me and the kids. It didn't take long to get here and the food is amazing. Lovely pizza and great chips. Kids loved their burgers too. Thank you for some lovely grub!!!

Phoned to check something before ordering and the lady I spoke with was fantastic! She was patient and knowledgeable..she even explained what I could order to reduce my bill which ended up with me having 2 large pizzas for cheaper than the large and medium I was going to originally order. When I collected them, both the lady and gentleman there were so lovely...friendly and helpful, giving me vouchers for my next visit as well as offering to carry my order to my car. As for the pizzas themselves, well, my boys loved them! Normally we buy from the competition beginning with a D but am pretty certain that after such exemplary service and great food that we will be using Primo Pizza again. Many thanks and credit where it is due!

I'd usually give Primo 5 stars but tonights meal was well below the usual standard. It wasn't horrible but the pizza, chicken wings and garlic bread were poor. If that had been my first impression I wouldn't order again

First time me and the wife have had a delivery from primo and it was absolutely gorgeous, the pizza was stunning, it was hot when you bit into it and full off flavour, you can tell its cooked fresh, the sides were gorgeous too. Cant recommend this place enough

Best in Worcester!An independent pizza place that puts the big chains to shame, we will be ordering from here from now on.I had been recommended this place by a friend who said its the best takeaway pizza shop in Worcester and they weren't wrong.I went in to collect. The guy who served me was friendly and double checked my order to make sure it was correct. The place was really clean and you can see all the food being prepped in front of you.Pizza was amazing, fresh, unique ingredients (eg sun dried tomatoes, Asparagus, Jack Daniels BBQ base, Pesto base etc). Fries were perfect, cream cheese jalapenos were amazing. Everything we ordered was great.Thanks, we will be ordering again. A+++
