It was the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted. It seemed to us it was pre cooked. For 39.00 it was awfull. Never go there again.

The Yuk Sung we threw out without eating as it tasted like pork fat and salt. Vegetable chow mein was watery and the only real taste was salt with mainly mushrooms thrown in. Batter on Sweet and sour chicken balls were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sauce was watered down too.I would recommend avoiding and go somewhere else.

Had to go back three times to get right order. Last time was because there's chicken in duck curry. They had fished out most of chicken out of wrong order and stuck duck in rather than do a new one. Wouldn't replace now cold spring roll. Had to have shouting match to get refund. Got that at least. But will never return unless zombie apocalypse is on, they are only place open and comes with free shotgun with unlimited shells refill policy.

Now our regular Chinese.... One of the best chicken curries I've had, nice and spicy with lots of flavour and portion sizes are very generous. Can also pay by via card which is helpful as don't need to get cash out.Staff are very friendly when serving you.Would highly recommend.

Well the rainbow Chinese use to be the best Chinese takeaway in the whole of Worcester food always hot and tasty great prices , and previous owner Paul obviously new his cooking and was very talented!!! Since the place has been took over they have spent a little bit of money on a facelift and food at first was still very nice and I still recommended this Chinese takeaway to many friends. NOT anymore food is terrible rice over cooked and other options I use too love are disgusting bland and are well over priced!!!! I’ve literally just had a portion of chips mini spring rolls and a curry sauce which is pretty basic expecting it to be ok, WRONG!!! Chips were stone cold and hard throughout!! Nothing inside the spring rolls just stodgyness!! And curry sauce was cold. The place seems to be run by the two 15/16 year olds on the counter just interested on being on their phones!!! If you want a decent Chinese go to happy gardens brilliant Chinese great food good prices and they deliver!!! Can’t believe I’ve just said that because I’ve been going to the rainbow for years, Paul all your hard work you done over the years before you left has been ruined.......

Dreadful takeaway food was barely warm. The chicken Cantonese was tough, hard and looked like it had been cooked hours before serving. The sauce resembled congeeled jam. I called to complain and was offered a new meal but the staff member didn't seem alarmed, or interested that the standard was poor. I voiced my concerns about how the food had been stored and cooked and was told that the rice was cooked prior to opening and the chicken during the day!! She then said "there is nothing I can do"! My reply was to let the management or chefs know my concerns. This is the third poor Chinese in a row from here. I will not waste money ordering from this venue ever again .

I've lived locally to the Rainbow Chinese for over 12 years, Never had a poor experience with them until recently. The new ownership have spent a couple of quid on a facelift at the expense of the food.I actually complained on Sunday and I don't want to bore you with my list but every part of the order had an issue, from stodgey fried rice to burnt prawn toast not forgetting the largest sweet and sour king prawns I've ever had, that was down to the batter not the king prawn which resembled a standard prawn.Im putting this experience out there because I'm still waiting for a call back from the manager, the front of house was more interested in his phone than saying thank you so I won't be going anywhere near again. When I realised the lack of people waiting when I went on Sunday I should have avoided the place, local business depend on local people, being ignorant and expecting to get away with poor food isn't the way forward. I think the majority have already come to the conclusion i have based on how quiet they now seem to be.
