The service we received from Drew, Bar attendant, was amazing. Very helpful in menu selection and drink and was able to offer table service, which is exactly the kind of experience we were looking to enjoy for our family lunch!

Customer serviced isn't great.... no one came to check if oir food was okay. No one greeted us in and the food portions are tiny saying we paid extra to have extra. In conclusion, Just go subway.

Was delayed because of train issues but the venue were so understanding and accommodating, when we arrived John was so friendly any helpful! He was so polite throughout the evening and did his job excellently! A real credit to the slug and lettuce team!

My friends treated me to bottomless brunch last month for my birthday and we were looked after by Maddy, who made the occasion even more special! From sparklers, to checking we were happy with our food and drinks, Maddy really looked after us - thank you!

Great staff great service, we were out on a mates stag do (bachelor party for our American friends), and they did us a great deal on food and drinks. A top time had by all, many thanks to the crew. We went clay pigeon shooting beforehand 😅😂🤣 hence the photo.
