Extremely bad service. Bar lady was rude and shouted at two of my friends, accusing them of not paying for their drinks when they were told they could have a bar tab.She was so nasty she made my friend cry and it was her birthday. Absolutely awful experience, avoid at all costs.

Was very excited to attend but despite it being 20° my friend wasn't allowed in as he was in shorts.surely after such a long closure they'd be looking for business?!

Good atmosphere even on s quiet night.games to play and we'll made cocktails. Pricey bit probs no more than the average these days

Went here towards the end of serving hours but we were still allowed in and we were the only ones at the bar.We were completely ignored by the bar staff who were more interested in their paperwork and giggles with the door staff. No one acknowledged our presence so we left to get a drink somewhere else. Looks lovely but customer service is non-existent.

The brick room is fab! The staff are just lovely and the welcoming snacks are really tasty and home made. Very good value during 2-4-1 cocktail hours if cocktails float your boat!

I’ve been to two events here recently and they’ve both been mediocre. The most recent and last visit was a comedy night. It started around 20 minutes later than planned, mics didn’t work properly and then when it finally started there was one really loud group who the staff didn’t kindly ask to shut up. The toilets were also horrendous - seats missing in a number of them, toilet roll strewn everywhere and no soap. It was like they hadn’t been cleaned from a busy weekend (this was a Thursday night). To top off the experience the acts also then weren’t very good. I was planning on leaving early but thought I may as well stay for the ‘’main act”, but he seemed to be on for five minutes, which I presume is down to the late start. It’s a shame as it’s a nice setting and has potential, I just now have no want to return and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go.

Not really keen. Not sure if this bar come cafe come nightclub knows what it wants to be. Its tacked onto the side of Alexander's nightclub and just feels all wrong. It's a tall bar so its difficult to get comfortable and talk to friends.

We had lovely cocktails at my daughters 30th and engagement party with all the family. Children were allowed up until 9 pm. Lovely place with a lovely ambience

Just does coffee and such, no cakes as far as I know. Not large but its usually quiet when we go and the chairs are really comfortable.
