We ordered 3 Ben and Jerry’s Plain Cookie Dough ice creams via UberEats. But to our shock we received 3 Chocolate ice creams instead. Having called the number listed, we spoke to one of the staff who was incredibly rude, unhelpful and frankly nasty. He then proceeded to blame the Uber driver, lie about orders and refuse to cooperate. The Uber driver was great but was just given the wrong order and shouldn’t be blamed for the blatant incompetence of the staff of this clearly poorly managed establishment.

I'm still sat here after 20 minutes of ordering a battered sausage and large chips. One guy working incredibly slow while 3 customers sit here wondering how anything could be taking this long.

Missing items. The hard chips weren’t great without the missing curry sauce. (The chips also had no salt and vinegar making them taste similar to the paper it was heavily wrapped in. RIP trees)The pasty was thicker than than the vomit which was excreted after consuming. No curry sauce.Lamb donner drowned in Mayo to the point the wrap was used as a kitchen towel rather than a food item. Mayo wasn’t even ordered (BBQ all the way)The pukka pie was fineEdible. Just about.

This place is awful! Ordered mixed dinner meat and chips with salad what I got was the dryest and most disgusting pieces of meat I've ever tasted the chips were soggy and they seem to be that lazy rather than chop the lettuce included a whole piece of lettuce on top of my food. To top it off they didn't send my 2 drinks which I'd ordered. If your reading this review Please give this place a wide berth

Ordered on 2 seperate occasions on both occasions I was told it would be a 40 minute wait for delivery ... Fine I understand restaurants being busy... After the initial 40inutes passed I then waited another hour before my order actually arrived. Same experience both times I won't be giving a 3 chance to change my opinion of the service. Not helped by the fact that fish batter was overcooked and chips quite dry only good thing was the curry sauce and that it actually arrived on the same day I ordered it.

High prices and small portion sizes. Very bad. Now i go for wrapped chips (not in a tray) and a pot of curry sauce to try and achieve some value for money but even the curry sauce was watery!Miserable owner/manager. He never smiles and is very pushy on his staff. Poor girls they try their best.

Not too bad with prices, but their portions are HUGE and that makes the shop a great place to go when you need to feed multiple people for cheaper. Their large chips could feed 4-5 people easily, which isn't something I was planning for, since I was getting it for myself and got used to places being quite stingy with their portions, but they have nice big portions and I had no problems around their service or taste.

First time I've ever been here with my boyfriend, I wasn't sure what to expect but the service and food was awful. Staff on the till didn't know what they were doing, came to £10 odd which seemed very steep. When we got home we realised they had got the order completely wrong and that the £6 paid for the kebab meat didn't include chips!! Not many people order without chips so this seemed ridiculous and overpriced! My boyfriend phoned them to complain and he went back down and they weren't appologetic at all for their mix up and just gave him some chips which looked soggy, dry and overcooked. All in all a very bad experience and we won't be returning again and don't recommend this place.
