Great breakfast roll and endless coffee all for a staggering £2.49. Fab place to enjoy the Saturday newspaper in comfort and no pressure to go. Ended up staying for a great pint of beer at £1.99 a pint. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Great work Tim.

It seemed as if there weren't enough staff for the size of the place. Very empty when I was there but lots of tables needed clearing, upstairs was open but we were asked to move because it was meant to be closed. Food was available on the app but chef told us it wasn't. But it's a spoons. Still cheap and cheerful.

Tables being left dirty for quite some time... once ordered there was a long wait... my chicken was cold in the centre and had to be sent back, the waitress said I will get it recooked !!! I said no it needs to be a fresh one, which is what I got to be fair and was warm in the middle 🙃

Great for a stop over. Lovely and clean , everything you need and a good location. Only four stars cos of lack of lift. But I didn't ask so not really their fault . Great service too

One of the worst meals I have been seved in a long time, seabas dry, scallops flavourless and King prawns where minute... The one star is for the service which was good

Typical spoons. Had an all day brunch because we'd missed the 11.30 breakfast cut off. Must say it was excellent. Returned at night for some drinks. Great prices.

·

Good place for a meal morning or evening. We had 2 traditional breakfasts my wife and l. Very nice only £10 with teas. Absolutely huge place with basement & first floor. All to weatherspoons good standards

We stayed a couple of days/nights here and had Breakfasts and Evening Meals here.I have to add this that the plates were very hot but the meals on them were just warm and I suppose I should have complained, but the staff were very busy. Our room we were in were to die for..

Visited this establishment today food was awful two burnt burgers they even managed to burn one of the rolls. Should have come with Tennessee sauce had to go and ask for it as they couldn't be bothered to put it on the plate. Toilets were disgusting food and toilet paper scattered everywhere. Only one soap container working. A blocked sink full of waste water. Cleaning notice showed last check of toilets was 11.00. it was now 15.45. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Well to say I had an awful experience is putting it lightly. I had travelled all day from the other side of the country to visit my friend, and we popped in just for a quick bite as I was ravenous. Barging past the loitering drunks should have been my first clue to turn around! Ordered two pasta salads, which came out within 2 minutes, the pasta so overcooked it resembled baby vomit, with a lingering smell of mould. Obviously it had been precooked and left under the pass! I told the waiter ( who was very apologetic and nice, albeit he didn't wipe our table down after asking twice ) that it wasn't edible and we swapped it for a burger.. which as you can see in the picture posted was like something from a day old BBQ. I will never step foot in this place again. Serve drinks and NOT FOOD.
