Really good priced food, and good quality. Did take long for food and drink to arrive either. It is a dog friendly pub only in the bar area. There is a lovely outdoor area and beer garden.Very popular the evening we went. There was a football match on the tv's in the bar area.

Fantastic local with a really great vibe. There are plenty of quality beers and wines on offer with good food options and very reasonably priced. A real gem of a pub and we love coming here regularly.

Visited for booked table. Food was extremely slow to arrive and, when it did, was very poor standard. Beef roast dinner was poor and congealed chunk of fatty brisket. Mashed potato appeared dried and crusty, possibly of prepackaged origin. Vegetables overcooked and mushy. Alleged Tomato and Basil soup seemed to be very small portion of Heinz Cream of Tomato (or similar) from a tin. Haddock was reasonable, but served with chips that seemed stale and possibly reheated. 2 families presented £5 off vouchers, but these were not seemingly deducted from total cost of meal, as advertised. Only managed 2 stars because refund was given(partial) without argument and bar staff seemed genuinely embarrassed. Would not recommend this pub for food. This is an honest representation of our experiences today. Very disappointed.

Food took forever to come out even though the pub was very quiet. Also other people were complaining as well due to waiting times. When the food came out it was cold and burnt but by this point i was starving so just ate it, I wouldn't return.

·

Friendly pub, always a good atmosphere and great service, would recommend to anyone. All the bar staff are down to earth and easy to get on with.

We have been here very many times before to catch up with friends as do not live in the area..booked a Christmas festive menu with friends...sorely disappointed...service slow as very inexperienced staff..food cold sent back..got a discount for inconvenience but excuses were the usual..."chef" should have made sure all food sent out was was cooked well presented and hot..maybe stick to usual menu not festive as always been enjoyable

My husband and I visited because he knew just what he wanted - a classic mixed grill. Unfortunately it took four attempts to get the meal cooked fresh and the steak cooked medium rare rather than well done. Even then the chips were soggy and he was eating on his own as I had finished my meal before his incorrect third attempt at a steak had arrived. Very disappointing and the manager seemed to view this as more of customers wanting to cause a fuss rather than a customer wanting the food he had requested and paid for. Very disappointing experience all round.

It's a Great place to meet with Friends for a Drink, Or a Bite to Eat. The Food and Drinks Menu is Very Good and very Scrumptious 👍🏽 I popped up tonight to see if the Man United Game was on, And they had another game on. I asked the Manager if there was an Option of having interchangeable games on, And he said it wasn't Allowed anymore. I shall definitely be finding somewhere else to watch the Football in future. I rate them a 8/10

Typical pub food. Not too bad. Nachos are great. Long waits for food on your our last visit bit that was just a one off so far. Great to sit outside in the summer.

Stopped off for food and to sit out the rush hour after a visit to Worcester. It was quite busy, and quite loud/vibrant, with a reasonable number of people stopping in at the end of the work day it seemed.Service was pretty quick and friendly though, and the wait for food was not too long. Due to the place being as busy as it was, the only seats we could find were near the doors leading out to the smoking area, so with people constantly coming and going there were frequently gusts of cold air.Food when it came was hot and fresh, but just "ok". Nothing wrong with it, and no complaints - it was just not inspiring. We had starters, mains and one drink for around £25, and left reasonably full though.Toilets were ok, a bit messy but it was busy. Decor is good, seats comfy and the tables clean. Disabled access is good and the disabled loo (radar key) had plenty of room and grab bars.
