Wokstar in Worcester

Always good food at reasonable prices, quick service, friendly staff. My go to if I'm COLLECTING. DON'T ASK FOR DELIVERY, WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE, ALWAYS LATE, IF IT'S DELIVERED AT ALL.

Absolutely fantastic food, the ribs were particularly special, full of meat and cooked to perfection, the best ribs I’ve had for as long as I remember. Ordered from Deliveroo and came earlier than expected and the food was piping hot. The food was perfect and will definitely be ordering again

WOKSTAR more like Whatstar!!I placed an order with WOKSTAR in Worcester at 18:43 and had an ETA of 19:43 at 20:22 our order hadn’t arrived I called the restaurant and they said they said “the driver is leaving now, the driver should be there within 15-20 minutes” I explained that I wasn’t happy, they apologised.20:54 still no order they said they will call the driver and call me back. They did call back at 21:10 just as the driver delivered our food and offered us a 50% discount, then within 10 minutes another driver knocked on our door and had our same order which explained our issue. He then took that order back with him and was just a confused as we were.2 hours 25 minutes for food not a very happy customer here plus the food was cold.

I am not one to complain but my experience here was disgusting. We live around the corner from Wok Star and it estimated 45 minutes for delivery, our food turned up after 1 hour 40 minutes, with missing items, it was cold, the chips were hard, the chicken wasn't cooked and it had no flavour. When phoning in regarding this staff were unsure on what was going on, I was left on hold for ages and the delivery drivers were both extremely rude. I really would no recommend ordering from here again!Attached are picture of the noodles and the starter.

I was surprised by how good it is. The food is fresh, tasty and it comes warm. For this quality and prices you can't find any better.People complain about the delivery time but if you order by Deliveroo you can clearly see the restaurant takes about 60minutes to deliver. If you can't wait that long then don't order. I actually got it about 20minutes earlier than it was supposed to be.Very happy and will return for sure.

Disappointed is un understatement there is no option for 0 stars hard rice and bones in beef and mushroom absulte shame tried calling back to be told id be contacted and guess what no call and closed today

I had a beef noodle dish with gluten free noodles and shared a side of deep fried mushrooms with my husband.The food was absolutely delicious and the staff at wokstar were lovely.i will definitely use wokstar again

Hands down the best Chinese I have ever had ! Generous portion sizes , tasty and hot even after a 20 minute drive home. Chow mien is amazing and there rice is delicious. Always a friendly service as well , would highly recommend

Ordered through Just eat. Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery to get a notification that the order had been cancelled because the driver couldn’t find us!!!! No phone call from the driver to see where we were, when I tried to phone the restaurant to see what was going on, the line was constantly busy for 2 hours!!!!Luckily in the meantime we ordered through Rubys Chinese, who were, as usual fantastic and we were sat eating within 20 minutes!

Ordered from here for the first time, arrived in less than half hour! Shredded duck is definitely made fresh. Crispy beef was hench and the portions were big as you can see. Definitely one of the best chinese around here 🙌
