Zizzi - Worcester in Worcester

Had the short rib of beef, it tasted as if it had been marinated in lemon.( the menu said it was asmoked garlic rub & sage butter. Did not say it was a lemon rub Not a nice combination. Said to the waitress about it. Might as well have talked to the table. A lot of things on the menu they did not have.

Pleasantly surprised. Used Tesco vouchers here no proble. We had three different courses and all good. Nice staff, super fast service. Nice decor.

The food here was lovely and the service was exceptional. I will definitely go back as it made for such a nice evening.

The food was lovely and we had a great family meal. There was an issue with the bill at the end that saw me paying £400 extra! Lucky enough the server spotted it and refunded it however I did have the worry that I'd be overdrawn over the Christmas period.

We came here for a works dinner. It was fantastic, well catered for and our work bubble was away from the crowds. I had gluten free linguine with prawns as my main which was fantastic, a lovely spicey sauce full of flavour. It was a fun night, and all courses flowed as well as the drinks. Thank you.

Nothing available on our set menu. All the nice dishes we wanted were unavailable. Our drink came out in between our starter and our main. I was so thirsty by then. Only had one drink on this basis. Seemed a very budget restaurant. Staff were lovely but were too rushed and had too much to do.

Food was excellent, so was the service. Bit disappointed in the seating. It was just the 2 of us and we were crammed an area by the bar with no room to move, difficult to use knife and fork.

Very pleasant dining experience ,no wait when we arrived . Staff friendly and helpful . ordered, meals served quite quickly , average price , would recommend

Lovely food, great fast service, very good value for money

Food and service were excellent and the waitress was very attentive. No complaints there. I don't usually tip but I had no problems with paying the optional 10% tip (already added to the total)However the premises needs attention. Dirty bench seats, dirty carpet going upstairs, toilets also need attention with broken knobs, loose taps and damaged wall.Going back downstairs and there was a stack of dirty plates left on the stairs, waiting to go down stairs I assume.At the bottom of the stairs there is some weird wall art of hands sticking out the wall with numerous fingers missing...The more I looked round, the more shabby the place appeared.
