Poor customer service, failed to deliver online order but kept the payment as well as the delivery charge. Told us repeatedly the order was on its way & when we went into the shop nearly 2 hours later told us the order hadn't gone through, the payment would automatically cancel & made us pay again. 2 days later the payment for the online order went out of the bank. Won't go there again & won't give them anymore of our money.

Been here on the 15th of April at 15:20 , ordered a done wrap , I have went straight in my car to have it as I didn't have much time and it was could, for a 5.75 pound wrap it was kind of dry and I have asked for just a bit if chilli and they absolutely poured... I had to frow it to the bin as it was extremely hot , not to mention could .Expensive , Avoid.

Great service. I phoned my order in advance and the food was ready for me to collect. The food was cooked to perfection 😋

I have just had 2 send my fish back after delivery.it was just thick batter& no fish.i rang them & they delivered another.didnt even send fish AND chips.so I had 2 warm my chips again.disgusted to say the least.

Called in today for early tea. First impressions in customer area loads of leaves obviously windy today. Thought shall we or not but glad we did had excellent service & mixed meat & chips was top notch. We will definitely be back again great team.

As a coeliac I 100% trust Anna's! Their gluten free fish & chips are lovely and cooked to perfection every time. Their GF menu stretches to more than just fish but I'm a creature of habit. The staff are super friendly and treat the special dietary requirements with the care and attention they need. Wish this option was available more than just one Saturday as month and every Monday but completely understand why as I'm sure the demand in Droitwich is low but please whatever you do...dont cut it from the menu, whilst it might make me 'thin' I would be gutted!! Would always recommend this chippy to everyone it's the best in Droitwich.

Absolutely the best fish and chips. Hot, crispy and just what we needed. The fish is so fresh it's lovely. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Paid £6.50 for a medium fish and chips.The actual fish size was 5 inch x 1 Inch a fish finger size without batter with loads of batter bits to fill the box all very disappointed not a substantial meal what so ever just a mere snack.I am regular local customer virtually every week. I rang to inform the owners whether there had been a mistake, to be informed Medium fish = Small fish Just look at the till receipt.They spoke as as they could not be bothered in assisting me any longer.I requested large fish prior to this order on a previous occasion and charged maximum price and have received a small fish I feel it is some form of deception when you order wait outside the shop as you would not think to challenging them outside when its cold.I recommend if you do order BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! look at the item before going home to make sure your not going to be disappointed.I will be avoiding this business as they dont listen to customers I have given them a second chance and is quite infuriating as my meal was not value for money what so ever verdict Small portion cold & greasy.

Hope you are a star wars fan. Because this was chewwy like leather. First and last time. Will continue using alternative places. Chips however are amazing. Highly recommend. Just stay away from the meat.
