A party of 3 for breakfast, we gave our order and were given cutlery wrapped around a paper serviette. The knives had finger marks on them which we duly wiped off. Then an examination of the forks revealed two out of three of them had the previous diners meal encrusted on them.I returned them, no apology just replacements.I had toast as part of my breakfast one slice had been nowhere near a toaster.I requested butter it didn't arrive, in fact the server who I spoke to left the premises 5 minutes later, obviously forgetting. The staff projected a couldn't care less attitude, with no obvious signs of a leader.Service was slow. I'm not one of them diners who wants to be fussed over and the staff were keen to oblige.Thankfully it was a visit that I don't envisage repeating.

I had a strawberry Milkshake, but it wasn't very flavoursome, very Milky, not enough strawberry to my liking. Wouldn't shout out about it. But the staff were friendly and polite.

milkshakes are a massive let down and taste purely of milk and ice, the bread was yellow and greasy. not the biggest fan. not to mention the lack of air conditioning which makes it stuffy and hard to breathe.

Nice cafe, it is more of a cafe than a coffee and cake shop. The hot food was nice and not that expensive. A good lunch option. The downsides; long waits for food and poor selection of cakes.

Went there to have a lunchtime with my family and been ignored. 3 group of people came after me and been served and I been ignored. I told the girls that was disrespectful and I walk out.

Lad that served is was lovely, attentive and really friendly, he's a credit, otherwise food very disappointing, loaded fries more like sprinkled fries! Had an 18mth old with us ordered x2 sausages for him and charged £1.50 per sausage! Not the best quality or size felt it to be extortionate for what we had

The food was fantastic which I won't complain about it was more the price the chicken burger that come with chips was £10 on its own. Then my friend ordered fries they were £3 a bowl, milkshake and a coke it came to £21. A bit on the steep side to be truthful.

Popped in for a cuppa and cake. First visit to Droitwich and this cafe. Staff are good. Drinks were hot, cakes were delicious. Loo is clean. Enjoyed our time there.

Visited for breakfast this morning. I had a Half Morso and my partner the Eggs Benedict. Both enjoyed these very much and all washed down with two flavoured lattes. On arrival, there is a table offering sanitiser and a rundown of the rules - I highly recommend reading these before sitting down in case any affect you, as they only currently allow a maximum of 4 to a table.Tables are arranged to maintain distancing and QR codes are available at each table to read the menu and complete track and trace. Staff will visit you at the table for orders and payment as you cannot go to the counter. All in all, a very good visit!
