I'd heard lots of good things about this place, and the ice cream as tasty and it looked like it has potential (though not immediately obvious where to buy the wristbands you need to access majority of the farm), but I have to give poor rating because we bought two vegan sausage rolls and one was mouldy! The team were professional and apologetic and gave us full refund but I just wouldn't trust going back unfortunately.

Great place for families and lovely ice cream. Only dropped one star as it could be more organized in the cafe. One queue for both the restaurant and ice cream so if you just want ice cream you can be waiting a while. Overall I would recommend!

Lovely little farm shop and cafe. The food, ice cream and cake selection is excellent and the periodic market is very good with supporting local business/produce. Good parking, easy access and lots of inside and outside seating.

Delicious flavours of ice-cream, plenty of choices to suit all and even suitable for people like me with Coeliacs disease (Gluten/wheat allergies)Lovely outdoor space for children to run & play in to release all that energy. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Churchfields Farmhouse is famous for its ice-cream. I was there however, to take my grandson for a walk through the fairy trail!Churchfields is just great for putting on family events throughout the year, the fairy trail being just one example. There's a super cafe there serving the expected range of hot drinks plus pretty big cakes. The coffee there is particularly good.On top of that they serve some food and were offering a good "farmers' breakfast". I didn't sample these. It's also a good stopping off point too if you're walking in the area. It's a lovely place.

Had a fantastic time exploring the christmas market with my wife and baby son. Also enjoyed a drink and lunch inside the cafe. The cafe was busy but the staff remained pleasant and considerate of the waiting times.Thank you for putting on a vegan sausage roll it was delicious. Last time I came I am not sure you had anything vegan available so its great to see it there now.

We really enjoyed our visit today. The dinosaur experience was great, the fossil and gold hunting went down as well as the dinosaurs! The ice cream as always was lovely, the staff helpful and friendly and the tasty loaded fries I had for lunch were excellent value for money.

We stopped here on the way back home, lovely little place which is not too out of the way! The ice cream is lovely I had the honeycomb heaven on a come and my wife had cookies and cream on a cone. For two ice creams it cost £5 which is a great price for a good quality ice cream! We were really impressed with the one way system and other Covid safety factors, which made our stop even better! We would highly recommend!

Pleasant couple of hours spent with 2 year old granddaughter on the fairy trail. Lots of interesting places to explore. Ice cream delicious and reasonably priced. Burger was dry and tough, skin on fries tasty and plentiful.Timed ticket for trail, very reasonably priced, not busy and social distancing observed where appropriate.
