Nice little midlands chain. Good food and very good coffee/hot drinks. great to see a rival to the usual monopoly chains. I’ve been to both the Droitwich and Worcester cafes and they’ve very good.

Coffee1 is excellent service coffee is fantastic. The only problem is the rude regulars they take a sofa up and two chairs for them selfs customers walked out because rude lady woundnt move bags .Maybe if meeting with friends make them pay up front for coffee at least. It's lost business for your company.A idea for the further.

Best coffee shop in town, never had anything from here that wasn't delicious, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the place has a lovely relaxing atmosphere and is always very clean.

The quality of food and drinks are excellent but service left alot to be desired. There was only two members of staff, one of which decided to restock the cake stand that was already very full. That left a young lad to serve everyone. I was 3rd in a long queue and it took me 20 mins to get served.

Really rubbish customer service. Nobody smiled I was left alone at the till paying she went off to do the dishwasher. Nobody said thank you. The 2 staff were chatting when my drinks were being made and totally ignored me I had to ask if the order was complete.Didn't feel very valued or welcome as a customer

It's a bit on the narrow and dark side. Although there's two tables outside if you want to sit amongst the shoppers going past. They accept dogs ... with all the blessings and curses that brings.Tables at the back are by the toilet door.Baby changing facilities...so good...but they too are only "okay"."Okay" sums this place up really.
