Dominos Pizza in Wychavon

Went above and beyond to make a difference when they had no reason/obligation to do so. Nice to see from time to time how good people can genuinely be. Thank you to the staff at droitwich domino's, truly grateful 👍👊👌

Being as I have never been to or ordered a Domino pizza 🍕 in my life. I don't know how you think I can share an experience of eating one. Get your facts right.

Used to be very good but something changed manager or owner maybe anyway now its beyond slow 45mins and food still hadnt left to be delivered had to ring and cancel and get a refund, avoid this place and go to a different one, if it does arrive now its undercooked cold slop or just smashed to bits, shame as used to be one of the best Dominos

Had terrible burnt pizzas from here, complained to customer services and was given a free voucher to return, my next visit was even worse which I didn’t think was possible! This food is barely edible especially the albino chicken…. Droitwich has many independent pizza shops which are a lot cheaper

I ordered 2 pizzas and some wedges with dips. The delivery guy left them on the doorstep where we asked them to be left and they were lovely and hot. Nice pizzasand i would definitely order from them again..

Order a pizza on Friday night arrives part of the order missing, the driver was rude to my partner. Opened my pizza and it was swimming in a greasy water, called up to make them aware and was responded by someone on the phone saying its not really my problem..!! Won't be ordering from Dominos again

Worst dominoes I've been to. This is the second time I've ordered from here and both times I've complained. The pizzas are awful, the toppings are sparce even when you order extra of everything including cheese. Dread to see what normal amounts look like on these pizzas. The staff are also extremely rude.

Time after time I ring up up and state their garlic pizza never has any cheese on. I place an order via the app and ring up straight after to make sure there is cheese but there never is. How can they not get such a simple thing right? They aren't exactly cheap either so want what I paid for but never get it. Always try to give them benefit of the doubt but give up with them now. Horrendous. My last order was literally thrown together and the pizza looked like the accidentally dropped cheese on it and not a decent quantity either. Would give 0 stars if I could.

First - the special offer advertised on the menu in the shop - the staff member couldn't find it on his computer - despite it being on the shop wall and the laminated menu - so he told me I couldn't have it!!! I felt that this was very poor and ended up spending more than I wanted on 2 pizzas. I got them home to find 2 uncooked pizzas - the dough was raw and they just fell apart.. I phoned to complain and got an apology and was promised fresh ones would be sent out in 20 mins with some wedges to say sorry.. They arrived just after an hour - still just warm, but no wedges.. Really poor service and would not use them again. The local shops do far better pizza and much cheaper..

Used to be great, but recently the pizzas are delivered smashed to pieces in the box. This has happened 3 times now, so IF I do give them another chance, I’ll be collecting.
