Mcdonald's Restaurants in Wychavon

At midnight these guys had let things slip literally, as one of the workers had no time to clean the floor he kept sliding on. The orders took a long time and despite the wait chips were lukewarm. There were customers enough to warrant employing more staff to keep the place maintained and running efficiently.

Very poor by their own standards, too many customers and not enough staff. System for handing out orders didn't seem to have an real organisation behind it. Number said it was ready for collection but no sight or sound of it.... Left without my order as an already half hour wait was too much as we were tight on time. Disappointed to say the least. Hope someone enjoyed my meal, I didn't obviously.

Food was as good as you would expect from a McDonald's, but it was the waiting time of 50 minutes that just baffled me, I wasn't sure if they just didn't have enough staff on or just a busy time. And they seamed to be getting all the small orders out quicker than the big ones so, it wasn't like a first come first served basis.

Absolutely shocking was on a 7 hour journey so drop the app order & the McDonald’s we was at told us it wasn’t there so we had to drive another half hour only for them to say it’s definitely at the one you have just been at!! Very rude staff and not even an apology only reason I went back for it is because the order was over £20 or I wouldn’t have wasted my time bothering! Emailed McDonald’s & no response

Usual McDonald's food was like normal warm had the big tasty with Bacon meal, shame as it would have been a nice meal...Very busy location but lots of room to sit down and enjoy what you may purchase...

Got the grand Mac here, tasty burger, needs more sauce due to size of bun.the services itself are easy to park and inside at McDonald's the self serve screens are very to use and they call our your order number. When busy the wait time is about 12 minutes.

Clean, plenty of kiosk screens to order from, lots of waiting room, warm fresh food. Staff are polite and look enthusiastic. Highly reccomend after long motorway journey

Very very busy when I went and the screens had gone down so they had to shout when orders where ready. Plus side plenty of seating and handy if your needing something to eat. Definitely not fast food took 22 minutes for our order.

It is located within a stop on the M5 A very clean and with a large space ,can serve only specific Fast food.

Food good, service slow and no order to how customers are served. Queues not socially distanced. More of a meat auction setup. Receipt paper is often missing. Many self service machines font work.
