Orto Lounge in Wychavon

Loved it! The food and drink are lovely. Service was great though they can be a bit slow at the drink counter due to staff shortage.Great place to bring family and friends. They are children friendly and even have game corner. They also have facilities for baby changing and wheelchair user. They do offer outdoor sitting area.

Regularly go in here for breakfast and the vegan breakfast touches the spot perfectly, eventhough I’m not vegan but my partner is.

Food is okay but service is terrible. Miserable staff that came across like they wished they were elsewhere, verging on rude. The barman was quite polite but the waiting staff need to cheer up, be a little polite or find another job.

2018. Was none to impressed with the longer than acceptable wait outside on a not very busy afternoon. A man I later found out was the manager was well aware we were waiting but continued yakking on his mobile. Asked eventually if we would like a drink and again after a long wait got them. No apologies.The Mexican SuperBowl was a waste of money, the beef chilli was bland and artificial tasting and felt like it had been reheated from frozen. Worst of it all was the so called super hero burger. Couldn’t believe for the price the patty was so small. A basic burger at Mac Donald’s is bigger. When eventually asked if everything was ok etc we said how disappointed we were, to be given a shrug and a sorry as they walked away, without waiting to see if we wished for anything more. Words between who served us and the manager we noticed who did nothing but find something funny. All in all we couldn’t wait to get away from such a mediocre place.AVOID......

Came in for a quick small bite to eat (as we knew Lounges serve until 10pm) to be told at 9.30pm, "no. No food." Right OK we'll go spoons then shall we instead of ordering a couple of tapas, a bottle of wine and a few cocktails!? Not even even full up, few tables still free. Expect better from Lounges.

Love it here, the food is always spot on and good prices.

Don't get me wrong the main was spot on, can't argue with that!!!! But after a main when your going to have a dessert to be told the kitchen has closed at 2145hrs, and was not made aware of this, is just not on!!!! The waiter came across and apologised that he didn't tell us the kitchen was closing early but nobody came across to see if we wanted desserts. I went to the bar to order desserts at 2150hrs after we'd ordered mains at 2100hrs !!!!!!!! We've been a few times and I'm sorry but this visit has been very disappointing and the staff were very unapologetic and rude 😔

Popped for brunch, always plenty to choose from on menu.Had the lounge eggs with bacon, sides of hash browns and mushrooms. Excellent! Washed down with teapigs peppermint tea.Staff friendly and good service. Clean and well spaced out dining area.Toilets always clean

Great atmosphere. Good food and drink throughout the day. Easy to use online ordering for table service. Caters well to allergies and dietary restrictions.
