Saved our trip here for our last night..the food was reasonably good albeit very small portions given the price and staff well presented, although not very skilled at social etiquette you'd expect at this level of food service. My own tomato and basil soup is better although the parmesan crouton was above average. It was however spoiled by there the fact that there is no dress code and people turned up in jeans and really scruffy even the staff weren't smartly dressed. Quite sad when you take the time to dress and have hair styled for a special evening yourself.Additionally at 8pm one party came in with loud children who sat eating chicken nugget and chips and swigging coke from a bottle despite being given a glass. To keep them quiet were given dummies and screen's. If I'd wanted to sit amongst this I'd have gone to macdonalds. I object to paying this kind of money for this kind of experience. We asked for ice and lemon in water (should have been a given) and waitress forgot when we asked her for it.All in all quite a disappointing experience.

Excellent restaurant with lovely rooms. Our room was spacious and well fitted out, daily housekeeping was faultless. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast is excellent. Nothing was ever a problem and I highly recommend staying here. Excellent value for money and the attention to detail shows.

We stayed at Russell’s for two nights and we weren’t disappointed, as soon as we arrived we had a lovely welcome from Andrew who informed us that he upgraded our room for us, when we saw the room we were so pleased it was very spacious, super king size bed, lovely bathroom and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and we were so glad it was until 10am as we are not early risers. All staff were so lovely and welcoming. We unfortunately didn’t get to dine at the hotel on a evening due to it not being open they days we arrived, but we would love to try next time we are in Broadway. We really enjoyed our stay at Russell’s and there was nothing we didn’t like, we will be back very soon and have recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Stayed for one night, rooms were amazing, clean and very spacious. Food on the evening was definitely Michelin star worthy. Yes the prices are more expensive but you get what you pay for.Breakfast was amazing all staff were lovely.Definitely be returning.Only gripe, the regulars seem to get more attentive service.

What a great team behind this restaurant with rooms on the main street in Broadway. Really comfortable room, an honesty bar for self service, a great restaurant, superb food - just brilliant.

Very cosy, well-appointed rooms and very helpful staff.Dinner in the restaurant was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Breakfast also absolutely top-drawer.Highly recommended to eat or stay.

Excellent on a number is dimensions.. a friendly welcome (by the owner) a good team of staff both efficient and friendly. Great food from a good chef. Very comfortable bedroom. This is a very well thought out, customer focussed offering. The hotel even has a Russell's quality fish & chips restaurant on site and this was excellent as well. We had a lovely short stay and happy to rate 5*.

Nice for lunch, or as this time to celebrate our anniversary. They gave us complimentary prosecco while we browsed the menu. Really tasty, and well presented dishes, with a good range of wines to choose from.Staff were friendly and attentive.A regular favourite of ours... we will be back. 👍😊🥂

This is a lovely restaurant on the main high street in Broadway. We had a light lunch roast red pepper soup and shared the crab starter 'll washed down with a very palatable glass of items in vino which was not the average for 175mls 8.00 .we went 2pm if you want to be sure of a table book. If you need accommodation Che k out the website rooms look spacious
