Sugar N’ Spice in Wychavon

I have previous work experience here . Some of the staff members were ever so rude to me during my first few weeks there, and when I phoned up saying I was leaving and said my reasoning on as to why I was told “I’m hearing things” I also got spoke about on multiple occasions by members of staff . Wouldn’t recommend any young girls going there for work experiences as I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I also got taxed on my wage slip when I’m not even old enough to pay tax and for sure didn’t earn enough.

If you can avoid going in there, do it!Before ordering, I have asked if the soup they serve is a large enough portion for a hungry person and the lady said it is very large and it would be more than enough.When the soup came, the size was of a medium costa coffee cup. I would say 300ml. I thought that is a joke.But wait for the funny part. That soup to Take away would be 3£ which is a great price and i wish i took it away. I would have been very happy.Guess what! The portion was about 7 £! More than double just for having it served inside.The pannini my wife had was very small too for around similar price 6 or 7 £ and for take away would be 3£. This is a rip off! They take advantage that all the restaurants are closed at that time. That is the only reason we went in.

Called in for the first time on Thursday 21/04/22 for Lunch, cosy spacious place & spotless interior. Excellent meal choices from the menu or order the Special Of The Day. Friendly service & delicious food especially the all day Breakfast. Reasonable menu prices & Sugar & Spice in a good location in the High St.

This is the one cafe to go to and try it's clean a good menu and the staff go out of their way to make you welcome the food was well cooked and presented

Very nice cafe with fantastic cakes and they have gift cabinets there as well

Fast and friendly service. Nice and quiet inside, too. The interior is quite dated but in a charming way. Good old fashioned café.

Nice cafe, pleasant staff, plenty of seating both in and out in garden area. Good choice of coffees, cake and snack meals

We were pleased to be able to visit after the lockdown. Our usual poached eggs on toast were their best again. Never disappointed when we visit . Pleasant service again quick. Sandwiches made for us for our journey home. First class thank you Sugar and Spice
