Lovely community run pub with friendly staff, fine ales and home cooked food. Elmley Castle is a quintessential English village and the pub is at its heart. Very popular with walkers and most importantly it's dog friendly too.

Great food. Very friendly service and well priced . As the menu said pub classics as you would expect. Well worth a visit.

Enjoyed an amazing Mothers Day Lunch. The lady who booked us in was so accommodating managing to squeeze us in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies who served us went above and beyond by allowing my son to have something from the starter menu as a child's portion, although it was so generous...think it may have been an adults portion. Food was so reasonable and tasted great. A lovely touch with a Hyacinth plant at the end for Mothers Day. We all really enjoyed ourselves. Will definitely be returning soon.

Super service, beautiful location and delicious Sunday lunch, booked only half an hour before. We actually hadn’t been able to get in at any of our more regular pubs. But so glad we tried here. It’s a gem and we’ll definitely be returning.

My friend and I had a good walk on Bredon Hill and descended down to Elmley for lunch where we found the excellent Queen Elizabeth Inn. The staff were welcoming and friendly and allowed us to bring our dog into the lower bar. There was a jar full of doggy treats and the young lady behind the bar said I could take one for the dog. So I treated Isla with a very generous Bonio biscuit. There was a good selection of ales and we both had Wye Valley bitter which was a tasty and refreshing pint. We then ordered food which was delivered quickly to our table. The food was delicious and very reasonable in price. There was a good selection of lunch meals on the menu, all reasonably priced. The pub has a separate dining room for more haute cuisine dining. There is also a tea room attached to the pub which is run as a separate business. The inside of the pub was warm and traditional. It would be a great place to spend a few hours with friends supping fine ales and sharing stories. I must return to try a pint of the interestingly named guest beer, 'Shagweaver'.

Popped in today after a walk over Bredon Hill, was chuffed to see alcohol free beer on tap - Big Drop IPA! Food was lovely too - see photos. Was made to feel welcome, and muddy dogs are allowed too. 🐕Would definitely recommend and return!

We called in today for lunch. The food was really very good and reasonable priced. What a wonderful pub. It was our first time to Elmley Castle and thought it was a beautiful village.

This is a wonderful community-run pub, cafe, shop and restaurant, and really feels like the beating heart of a lovely little village.A warm welcome, friendly staff and great food round off the experience. The chips are a crispy, fluffy masterpiece of potato art!

Lovely pub, delicious fish and chips. Menu choice is not big but food was nice...just what we needed. Decoration, toilets, the ambient was all good. Will go back when I visit that part of the world next time.
