The Thatched Tavern in Wychavon

Truly exceptional food at this fabulous little pub. We had booked for a large group including dogs which we later discovered aren't allowed in the dining area (understandably). However we moved into the beer garden which was perfectly fine and the staff looked after us with their amazing food and great service. The dirty fries were something else!! Only slight niggle was that the bar could get busy and we had to wait a while to be served but after chatting to the only barman he confirmed they had been let down by staff shortages so perfectly excusable. What a wonderful pub. I only wish there were more like this one.

We dropped in for an early evening meal and had one of the best pub meals I have had in ages 😋. Great food, the chef definitely has a love for what he does.( good choice on menu )The atmosphere was how a pub should be, with a bar full of locals you can't go wrong!Friendly smiling attentive staff, who have a knowledge of whats on the menu , giving good advice on whats available.Will definitely be back. 👍

Exceptional food in a warm and welcoming historic pub. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, as we're the locals. Good selection of ales and very reasonable prices for the high quality.

We have, very recently , moved to Honeybourne where some of our family already live. Today. We had Sunday lunch for a family gathering of six adults and two children. The welcome was warm and friendly and the food was excellent. Good menu and excellent value. We will be back.

Lovely little place, friendly staff, who we found very helpful. The menu looks great can't wait to book for a meal. Very cosy 😊could quite happily spend hours here.

Myself and my son Visited today after a long hike around Broadway A really nice pub with a lovely friendly bar lady We ordered classic burger and spicy burger we both agreed the best burgers We have ever tasted the ale was great to. Taking the wife for a meal 10/10

Very warm welcome & lovely venue. Didn't eat but the restaurant menu looked very tempting and was highly recommended. Lovely coffee & cake . It was good to see the Thatch looking so well. Well done to current owners!

We had lunch here on Sunday, and we're delighted with the food. I had the butternut squash which was really delicious, and my partner helped himself to the roast. All excellent value and in a nice cozy setting. Definitely recommended!

Lovely local pub serving good quality food.We went for a meal on a Monday night, the bar area was busy with locals but the restaurant area was quiet.A small but decent range of ales and beers are complimented by a really good selection of gins! A few rare finds can be spied on the shelves so well worth checking out if you are a gin lover.The ales were fresh, a testimony to the busy bar area.We ordered starters and mains, the waitresses were really helpful and friendly. Portion sizes were very generous and all dishes were of a good quality. To steal a phrase - good honest food!Very reasonably priced as well, especially considering the quality and size of portions.Well recommended if you are in the area and worth a trip if you aren't!

Our lunch today was simply amazing. The place, service and food are all faultless. There is a nice green area where you can enjoy the sunshine; in the corner there are two rabbits for the kids biggest enjoyment.There is also a playground and a decent sized parking lot. The lunch menu is versatile, there is a vegetarian option and the beer is good, too.Even though we live a bit far (35min by car), we will come back because this was the best pub experience we had for a long time.
