Bellmans Cross Inn in Wyre Forest

A beautiful meal of scallops, risotto, lemon sole and monkfish. I nearly had the pan fried beef fillet but was easily swayed when I was told that the fish is delivered daily from Cornwall. It was amazing. And the service was so warm and friendly but very knowledgeable too.

Christmas day once again spent at the wonderful Dominiques at Bellmans Cross. My husband absolutely loved the Venison and I had the Monkfish. The food and service were as ever exceptional. This truly is a gem in the culinary world.

A lovely warm welcome. Table ready and well set out. Guided to our group straight away.Hot rolls delicious, starters all came out at same time, a good variety of choices.Mains all arrived at once ( party of 21) and were pipng hot. Food presentation excellent.I had the cod option - delicious. Everyone enjoyed their choice.Puddings looked lovely too ( I didn't have one - too full) .The staff were extremely polite and very efficient.Couldn't fault the evening. We had a wonderful time! Went yesterday for a birthday treat. Food was fantastic as was the service and beer & wine selection. Seafood selection was first class and all cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning.

The food is always amazing here. The staff are lovely and always very helpful. We are always made to feel very welcome every time we have visited. Definitely worth a visit if you love good food.
