Bombay Blue in Wyre Forest

Table booked for 4 people,Poor selection of drinks but we're told after we arrived we could have taken our own, waiter service ok but food took ages and to be honest wasn't the best but it was ok.Overall the place looks tired, dated and in need of a revamp, they obviously do a lot of deliveries as the driver was constantly in and out with his young child in tow.We wouldn't sadly book again to eat there.

Been coming here for years. Staff are always very welcoming and attentive. Food is always very nice.Will continue to come here.

Went for Christmas lunch, absolutely superb. Excellent food and value for money, very friendly staff, plus YOU CAN TAKE YOUR OWN DRINK !!! Fantastic choice, I had Sicilian Jalfrezi - with Jalapenos......amazing.

I have no idea how this gets good reviews. Terrible food just sauce and some kind of meat. Staff were not friendly. And I certainly wouldn't trust the kitchen cleanliness. If your mission is drinking then its not eating.

My favourite India restaurant. Nothing compares to here. Always our go to place when at Kidderminster. Will still go back even though we had moved to Lincolnshire. Food always top notch and consistently good.

We ordered our food at 18:15hrs after passing the first time for delivery by 20minsWe rang Bombay Blue to be told that it would be 30mins before it would be ready deliveryWe rang again after 25mins to be told they were waiting waiting for a driver to deliver our food.Not once did they ring to say our food would be late. Our food eventually arrived at 21:00hrs. We were given some extra popdoms and onion bhajis as an apology.

I've never been one to have an issue with a restaurant! But this has to be said!I was disgusted by the service tonight!We ordered at 6:30pm but didn't recieve our food until 9:45pm. I understand that covid has impacted so many businesses but this is dreadful! We called the restaurant 63 times exactly! And they answered once!Then the restaurants staff who delivered the food was rude and didn't stick to covid guide lines which is unbelievable!As for the food! Most of it was okay! But some was cold and soggy! Some chicken didn't even look cooked!I will never be ordering from this place again! Don't give an estimated time of 7:45pm when you can't stick to it or giving the customer a call to let them know its going to be late!
