Caffe Nero - Kidderminster in Wyre Forest

Excellent coffee as usual but service was slow on the day of our visit. Two staff in store, one taking orders and preparing drinks, the other clearing tables, washing up and cleaning toilets.Both staff were busy but the queue was easily 6 customers long. Some extra help would have been welcome.

The best coffee house in town with the best snacks, the best service and the best atmosphere, and of course moreish coffees.

The frappe creme with salted caramel, pistachio and a shot of espresso really hit the spot and the premises were nice and clean. Unfortunately let down a little by serving staff who it felt as though I had caught them on a bad day, not much in the way of pleasantries or smiles.

The staff are excellent here which goes a long way in helping to make those very important cappuccino moments special! It's cleaned often and they have great coffee and snacks here, which always taste fresh. Some really comfy nice seating too. Location is also good.

Had what I wanted. Fast efficient service at a busy lunch time. Good strong coffee but one shot available on request. Large open windows provide a pleasant al fresco experience without smoking tables.

Friendly staff literally always, never a bad egg. The coffee is great and I personally enjoy the hot chocolate! Always nice to rest your feet from shopping and grab a drink and bite to eat 👍🏻
