Catchems End Fish Bar in Wyre Forest

2 mini fish and chip specials and a child's small sausage and chips special £20 . also the fish didn't taste like cod . I've been coming here for a while now and we travel all the way from dudley but I won't be returning . staff also on the car park smoking . not very good for business . very disappointed

Best fish and chips I've ever had. Always rammed when I go but always served quickly and efficiently. Don't mind the wait as they are really awesome.

Wanted to try this chippy so thought I'd give it a go .....walked in and a bloke put a order in for fish and chips twice .....came to just over £24 .....I was like WTAF ......so I just walked out .....£12 for fish and chips is a joke especially if you compare it to the pub called the plough in far forest were you can get 3 course meal for £12 ......so my one star review is purely on a cost basis

Ordered mini fish and chips,1pc sfc, curry sauce and 2 sfc potato's... The potato's were rock hard like it has seen the oil for all of 1 min, curry sauce was quite spicy not your traditional chip shop sauce alright if you like spice (not for me) , the chips were absolutely awful hard not fully cooked, dry, most had bad bits ate 1 chip they were awful and binned... The sfc was the smallest piece of chicken you ever did see but was alright had better at other chippys however the fish was lovely fresh white flaky perfect shame the batter was soggy. Other than that the fish saved the day. It was really expensive too definately better chippys around here than this.. Oh and service is so slow too if there is more that 2 people in the queue don't bother.

SorryWay way to dear now as most reviews been going there for yearsWhen it hit 8.50 I was shocked so now I’m afraid it’s off to others( Sion hill is ace and cheap(er))!I do apologise on Uber eats this is correct I do appreciate rising costs and feel for businesses like yours which is shocking.

Once a week regular,based on reputation I’ve been loyal!!Tonight I’ve placed a £50 order and I must say the food was poor quality along with the miserable service.Looking back I should have joined the merchants que.Sorry guys I won’t be back.

WHY ARE THE STAFF WEARING NAIL VARNISH?! I really don't want this in my food! A quick word with environmental health is 'on the cards' I feel! Nice clean hands also includes fingernails, c'mon it's basic stuff!

Food was absolutely lovely as always but just paid £42 for 3 lots of fish and chips + 2 pots of peas and 3 mozzarella sticks and also waited 50 minutes to get it, approx 40 of it was after we ordered. Then after all that time they still didn't have the curry sauce so we got compensated with a can of drink.I love the quality of the food but the service today wasn't good at all

Called in on the way home today. It was clean with a wide range on their menu. Staff were really friendly and the packaging all paper and wooden. The food was amazing !! Some of the nicest we've eaten. We were very impressed. Would be happy to call in again should we pass

Worst chips I have ever had!Blond, bland, cold a barely cooked!Only gave the star because the battered sausage was warm!Overpriced inadequate food seems to be the problem with chip shops in this day & age 😡
