Cookley Tandoori in Wyre Forest

We eat here regularly, it’s always great food , the value is incredible given the quality of meals served . Ok there are no fancy bells and whistles, but you stand at the counter AND look directly into the chefs area ! That’s shows a confidence in the quality of the menu.Treat yourself …….. Jaal Morris 😋

This has to be the best around here, absolutely amazing tasty food, gets delivered nice and hot and always within the time specified ! I would never go anywhere else !!

Used for the past 5 years, however the delivery over the past year has not been the best. Understand under the current circumstances things take longer, however waited 2 hours tonight for our delivery. The food was lovely and probably the best we have had from them for a while but such a long delivery time again and having to chase them a couple of times makes us think twice about ordering again.

I ordered a delivery at 5PM for a meal for my family on new years eve. The meal was ordered to be delivered at 7PM. At 7.55 and having tried to call them 85 times, to either get a message saying their mail box was full or ringing out until It cut off. I gave up and started to cook. At 8.36pm my door bell rang with my food which I asked him to take back.The delivery drivers attitude was not good and he said we're very busy. I couldn't have given any more notice as I ordered as soon as they opened. Very disappointed children and very disappointed adults. Terrible customer service!!!

Used to be good this place but gone seriously down hill now. Twice in a row now we've had to wait over 2hrs for food and the first occasion the food went in the bin as the lamb wasn't even edible. Very disappointed. Avoid like the plague..

Ordered online for collection. Website said 'special offer' 10% off if you order online. However no discount was applied. Told it would.be ready at a certain time so arrived in good time but seems they hadn't started cooking it yet so got it 20 minutes later. Curry was OK but naan was doughy and anaemic looking and starters had not been cooked freshly. Wont be using again.

Don't bother going to Cookley Tandoori!! I ordered a takeaway on 7th January 2021, which turned up in good time, we selected king prawn tandoori as part of our order. When we opened the container, we were greeted with 6 small shrimps WHICH WAS MEANT TO BE A MAIN course and cost £7.50!!! I rang Cookley Tandoori thinking there must be some mistake with the order. Here I was greeted with, I can only assume, the delivery driver, who thought it was funny and laughed down the phone. He told me "not to worry about, I'll sort you out next time." He also stated that they didn't have any king prawns on their delivery, and that's why they were small. This is not the first time we have had dramas; about 6 months previous, I ordered a sag paneer which turned up with no paneer. I rang again to be greeted with the same attitude, from the same person. They then sent out another sag paneer but with grated cheddar cheese. This will be the last time I use them!

Food great but missing items and they didnt either care or believe me. No interest in help, just said i could have the missing items free on next visit. We dont have takeaways often so no use to me.Also waited 1hr 20mins for food to arrive.Wont order from here again. Plenty of Indian Takeaways to choose from in the future.

Usually very good! Last night was pretty poor! Been getting rubies from there for years, so it'll take a lot more to ruin it.
