Delicious Desserts in Wyre Forest

Ordered a family cookie dough, said on the order it would be delayed but eta was 45 mins. Waited 90 mins until order arrived, only to realise half way though eating it, it was the wrong cookie dough. Pudding was not worth what we had paid for plus it was the wrong order. Shame, used to be a good place to order from. The pudding we received was nice though, hense 2 stars.

Accidentally ordered from the wrong place. I got a crape and a waffle, the crape was like textureless mush, should have been cooked longer. Also, way too thick so the toppings to crape ratio was off. The waffle ended up being even worse, very dry and crunchy on the outside, soggy at the bottom and mush inside. I tried to pick it up and it ended up splitting in open (bottom half and top half.) So yeah it's going into the bin now.I'm sorry guys but the quality needs to be increased, this wasn't even semi accepable and as someone who accidently became a customer, I had the potential to become a regular. Unfortanately I will never order from this place as I feel that my money was wasted on food that is now going into the bin. I lost money, I lost time and now I'm hungry and unsatisfied.

Shocking service. Me and my friend walked in and no one acknowledged us, finally had our orders taken and we waited 50 minutes for 2 milkshakes and a waffle. We were so close to asking for a refund. What was even more disappointing was the milkshake, asked for a rolo milkshake and received ferrero pieces with some rolo chucked in the bottom of the cup not blended! Cost me £17 as well so definitely not cheap and the food/service was 100% not worth it. Definitely won’t be returning.

What a shower of shhx this place is!Order on line its says 15 minutes then its 45 minutes when you place the order. Turn up no one acknowledges you, then after 10 minutes they ask what you've ordered then come back and say we haven't got any white chocolate!Hadn't even started making it!🤬 walked out!!

Terrible customer service.Not answering the phone, ever.Ordered waffles from here a few times and they have arrive inedible. Overcooked, undercooked rarely a good temperature.One time we did receive someone else's order not even our own.Always takes ages to deliver anything.

Beautiful red velvet cake and milkshakes are to die for but never seem to answer the phone which is annoying when you want to change the order to something else.I.e the flavour of ice cream why isn't vinilla a option when that's the most original flavour

WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN! TERRIBLE customer service!Placed an order 1 white cookie dough & a sundae, I then receive a kinder Bueno cookie dough after waiting 1 hour 40 minutes! I contact to say it’s been a while and am apologised to by the lovely man who answered! It’s a shame not all the staff know how to treat people with respect! The order as you can probably guess arrives inedible! I contact them to say I have the wrong order and that I’m also highly allergic to nuts, I’m response I get abuse from the quite obvious young girl who works there! No customer service experience and definitely NO MANNERS! Being shouted at being told its my fault? You estimated 45 mins to an hour! But 1 hour 40 minutes! That’s beyond a joke! No apology was given either! Will not be ordering again. And the girl who answered should be ashamed!!

Placed an order over phone but whoever answered the phone was rude, thick, and had no manners or customer service skills at all, didn't even go an collect our food in the end because when we went to put the phone down we could hear them slagging us off. Never again

Disappointed again to be fair this is the second time In a month where I have ordered this waffle and ordered WHITE chocolate sauce and to turn up and have MIlk chocolate. Only positive was it turned up earlier than stated.

Service could have been better but I understand it is under new management since I went.Food was great if a little pricey.Decor feels very relaxed.
