Domino's Pizza in Wyre Forest

i ordered £40 worth of pizza and they come and was just full of grease and all the toppings was just sliding off it made me feel sick eating 1 piece , this was my first time ordering dominos and will be my last £40 of food in the bin , and all they could offer was a free large pizza. Like i want to eat this rubbish again!. it is bang out of order and money should be refunded for what i got given. DONT NOT EAT HERE NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

Absolute shambles, just ordered 2 large pizza's... simple enough, a text was sent to say ready in 10 mins, I arrived at that time to meet a member of my family who was picking them up, already paid but given no food, so I asked what was happening with our order 25 mins later. Then you get all the staff shouting at eachother denying taking the money without giving the order as we were still stood there waiting. Eventually our order was found on a shelf and because of the confusion we were offered a free large pizza.... nice touch, went home with 2 lukewarm pizzas and ordered a free large pizza to be delivered to our home, save me cooking, only to be told we could only have our free pizza if we collected it, since then I'd had a couple of glasses of wine so didnt want to collect so preferred a delivery, manager on duty refused and insisted that the member of staff that gave us the information shouldnt have done, so not only did we have to wait in the shop for half an hour for lukewarm food, we were refused our free offer food as an apology. They have now lost a valid customer, but that is clearly not a concern of Dominoes.... too many staff, no communication, no honesty, very poor customer service, will not be ordering again.

Ordered 6 pizzas to collect just after midnight on a Saturday, and they were ready less than 15 minutes later, all correct and tasty. Impossible to fault that kind of service.

Will not order from here again! Extremely overpriced, rude driver. Pizza wasn’t even cut. It was a complete mess in the box. I asked specifically to knock quietly as my three children were asleep and instead he banged the door and hit the letterbox multiple times waking my whole family up! Extremely angry right now and have 3 very upset children! Waste of time and money!

It's okay from here. The food is always hot and the delivery is okay... BUT...BUT there's always something missing!A dough ball, a topping (missed the goats cheese off my pizza even though it's on the front of the box.), a bottle of oil dressing. Always something. We even found a bit of plastic on one pizza once! Nearly broke a tooth...

It's alright. Not as good as it used to be. Bought a large pizza for the family. Turns out I should of got one free in that days deal. However I never. Didn't know till no got home and saw the deal that day. Would of thought staff would of told me. Foods tasty, kitchen a bit of a mess. It is what it is.

First time using Dominos. Ordered using the app, delivered correctly, and piping hot within 20 minutes! Outstanding service, will definitely return again. You have gained a new customer!

Most interesting. We never booked a guide which i would recommend to do because with a guide tour you would be better informed about the history and told what certain rooms were and who stayed in which cells..The little hand out we were given was brief description really but very interesting place indeed.
