Kfc in Wyre Forest

Waited 25minutes for food in the car park, then after i got my food I drove home opened the bag they gave me and it was the wrong order so I rang them up they answered the phone but never spoke to me and i could hear them chatting away. No apology just the excuse "they were busy" when i drove back

Always end up waiting in the drive through, up to 25min on 1 occasion. Which once your stuck you cannot go/leave. Food has been really nice last few visits and love their 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99 offer they do in the week.

Food cold, missing items from order, told they would be replaced on next order and extras added to next order as apologie... Guess what no extras or missing items on next order, food once again was cold, chips where hard and dry. Terrible service!

Just a normal regular KFC but with good staff. A pot of beans had opened in our bag and they had got a gravy mixed up. I went in to get it corrected and within seconds I had a new gravy and beans and a regular chips as compensation. Really good result that shows the staff are all about the customer service. Also the tables were clean even though they were busy and the food was hot and tasty.

I went there today 27/05/2022 and I made a chicken burger but there was a very long hair inside the burger🤮

Been here twice before we go to the WMSP. Personally, i prefer their store purchase service better than drivr thru. Their drive thru service is quite slow and when we got our order, they did not give us any sauces or cutleries. The location for pick-up drive thru can be confusing too for the first timer as they have 2 counters. The first one was not in used but no signage to say so. Other than that we are happy with the quality of the food.

After being told we would need to wait 20mibs for fresh chicken, was surely disappointed, two pieces of chicken had a very strange taste and the rest was not very nice, very gristly and the coating just fell off. Won't be going back sorry.

Fast food? Had to wait half hour outside for food to come after drive through. Might aswell go sit in a pub and eat a descent meal the whole point of fast food is that its fast

This place is OK.not the best the food takes a bit too long to come out.It always looks like the staff are too busy talking to each other.than actually doing their jobAnd I hate the fact that on the share a bucket meals you can only change the drink and side dishes and not the amount of chips.i normally get the 6 piece bucket mealAnd it always comes with 4 portions of chips which me and my friend never eatAnd when you ask the staff if it can be changed to something else they always say nope.even if you say I will pay extra

Look at the state bof these fries absolutely disgusting they send these out and this is regular
