Great food fast and easy 👍

Food was 45 minutes late even though I pre ordered, food tasted like it was a few days old just reheated, will not be going back there again.

Ordered food at 6pm by 10.45pm still no food, no answer from restaurant, no updates on the app, absolutely shocking !! Big foodie app also a waste of time been talking to someone on line for another hour and still haven't got a clue! Don't waste your time with this restaurant or the big foodie app ! Be quicker to walk to China to get your meal

Not Lucky Star but One Star. Felt sick after eating the food. Food was ready in 5 minutes which should have been a red flag. Drop in standards possibly due to another changeover of management.

It's time Kidderminster had a Chinese Take Away that takes pride in their food. Excellent presentation and faultless food. A good quality experience all round. Food arrived in solid and sturdy containers and was very hot. No grease, no gristle, generous portions ans above all very tasty. I understand that Lucky Star has new management - an asset to Kidderminster - well done.

I used to use this place allot however after a change of management the prices went up. Whilst working there, there were allot of orders being sent out wrong and many wouldn't get a refund. As much as I still like the food served there, it does taste good, unfortunately the prices just don't match the portion or quality.

Awful service, lady on the phone got the order wrong, then tried to excuse her incompetence by saying my accent wasn't clear. Tried to charge me extra to get them delivered and wouldn't admit her error. Very rude & unprofessional, I would never recommend or order from here again.

Used to be regular customers to the lucky star. The last few months the standards have really slipped. Beef has been tough, missing items and a change to the menu on the house combination which was completely different. As regular customers the new menu should have been sent with one of our deliveries. We will not be placing another order.....too many issues.

Worst meal ever ..... it's only 18.10 pm how can the chips taste like yesterdays. complete waste of money We are starving as this delivery went straight in the bin ........ but yes the drivers are wonderful. .... shame about the food .........
