If you want to buy something from the foodhall which requires store approval, don't bother going in your lunch hour. You'll spend most of it waiting for a member of staff to emerge anywhere near the self checkouts, and even if they do they'll probably just ignore you when they get there. I'm sure it was quicker when they actually put people on tills!

When visiting your store yesterday, I had trouble finding what I wanted. Spoke to the assistant Juliet and she couldn’t have been more helpful! She really is I credit to the company and herself. Helped me find what I wanted in no time at all, will definitely be returning to your store.

Everyone in the cafe arrived in their 20s and are now in their 60s waiting for their fish finger ciabatta. It would be quicker to drive to the coast, build a boat and line catch your fish than it is to wait for the food. Recommend checking your pension plan before eating here as you’ll need it by the time you leave.

Service I received on a recent visit was excellent. Staff member who assisted me was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. A true example of good old fashioned customer service.

Popped in for a coffee, well organized, seats and tables cleaned after each use. All the staff were well up to speed! Cleanest and best in kidderminster. 10/10 Val & Trace Kidderminster.

Great to see our M&S so busy. New clothing stock in store ready for Autumn and Winter. Staff 'super helpful' and a pleasant experience. Revisited the Dine for Two. Would prefer a better choice of sides but otherwise a great deal. Looking forward to the sparkling Rosé.

The lady on the checkout who served me was very abrasive and extremely rude. It was embarrassing being spoken down to in this fashion for a queueing issue that wasn't my fault. After she began serving me one of the items was incorrectly marked for size so I offered to run back to the rail to grab another. The lady agreed. Based on being mid transaction I returned to her directly as I assumed that she had already scanned the other two items and that the till was still open on the transaction as she was just milling around at the back of the counter area and not serving anyone else. (I'm assuming on reflection that this Is what i disturbed her from that made her so angry). Another assistant was serving another customer so I didn't see an issue. She ripped into me over jumping the queue. When I tried to explain that I hadn't seen the "queue here" sign as I had approached the checkout from the side and didn't know the store layout as I have never been in this branch before, coupled with the fact that she was still technically serving me, she then ripped into me again with a repetition of the previous outburst. I don't know what other customers must have thought, but they didn't look very impressed. I remained calm and polite throughout and spoke to the manager (Very friendly and apologetic) afterwards. I did however explain that I wouldn't be back. Very disappointed as I thought that M&S were better than this. Very unprofessional and a very uncomfortable, unpleasant shopping Experience.Update: Had a phone call from the store manager following on from a customer service survey that I entered online from the back of the receipt. She had spoken to the individual concerned and the excuse that they gave was "I was busy" !.........that's astonishing !..........Well rest assured luv, I won't be taking up anymore of your precious time !CUSTOMER LOST !

Limited stock availability in Food Hall. Checkout staff not very friendly. Male Checkout operator didn't actually speak at all. Didn't even ask for payment. I just used card. Not what you'd expect at M&S. Will go to Worcester store in future.

The food hall is always busy here but prices are a little high In my opinion. ordering online and collecting in store was a doddle and j will most certainly use this feature again. Staff are extremely well trained, very friendly and polite and always seem to go above and beyond. I always feel special when I shop in there and like I said ordering online was far easier than rummaging around the store.

So pleasant to walk around, with really caring staff. Very festive atmosphere too. Got all I needed food wise and had a lovely coffee to kick start the trolley manoeuv res.
