Marlpool Diner in Wyre Forest

Really disgusted with the staff of this place waited over 2 hours for my food to be delivered to be told after that I should order elsewhere because they are busy, poor customer service and certainly will never use ever again.

Ordered directly from Marlpool. Very helpful, I just needed to buy drinks because my food order didn't total required limit, that didn't matter. Delivery guy was extremely friendly and polite. Plus sign, thoroughly enjoyed my food, deffo order again x

Been To marlpool Diner to day For a Pizza must say it’s the best pizza in the Midlands I have tried so many places in The Midlands but This pizza shop is my favourite choice when it comes to pizza’s There pizza is out of this worldThe customer service is excellent you see when you go to the big brand Restaurant you don’t get the quality or the service any more but with marlpool diner you get top quality food and service please try it your self if your in the Kidderminster area

Ordered via uber eats to Arley Kings Stourport. Lovely Napa kebab meat. Missing chips, but phoned and they were so helpful and polite. Senseless sendinding driver back with chips but offered an alternative solution. Very happy customer

Curry was lovely, best keema rice! Southern fried chicken and chips not the best but can be expected for the price. Would just have curry next time, definitely worth it

Order never came. I ordered a chicken biryani last night at around 5:10. Uber eats said order was still on its way at 8 o’clock before finally being marked as delivered. Tried to ring the number on Uber eats multiple times but no response.

Probably the worst take away in Kidderminster. Ordered food at 630, still hadn't arrived at 830. When you finally get through on the phone they say its next in line but will be a further 20 mins. I will never use these again.

received wrong items in my order, phoned to have this rectified as i cant eat what was wrongly put in to be told i would have to just deal with it this time or wait an hour for the right food. When i told them i wasnt able to just deal with it or happy to wait a whole hour as the rest of my meal would be cold. i was shouted at very aggressively down the phone. when i then ask for a refund as i was unhappy with the service i was told i would get a refund for 1 item and then also and i state "never order from here again" absolutely horrendous customer service, to shout at a customer like this over the mistake THEM as a company made! definitely wouldnt recommend. This isnt the first issue ive had with them but let the first slide where my meal was over 3 hours late and i was just told "it'll be there soon". All in all, shocking customer service!

Honestly loved Marlpool Diner, their curry dishes are amazing! Plus they serve pizza, burgers and much more so everyone in the family can have whatever they fancy! Akbar Murgh Keema, Pathia and the fries are always superb!

Waited 1 and a half hours for delivery. 1/2 lb Chicken burger was more like 1/4lb and so dry, doner meat pizza had virtually no doner meat but was heavy on the green peppers however, the chips were OK! Not sure I'd use again. Also the menu states "free delivery" but there's a minimum charge of £1, false advertising.
