McDonald's in Wyre Forest

Ordered breakfast forgot my drink they always forget something then eating my bacon and egg muffin had a mouth full of egg shell went in the bin but don't worry the hash brown filled me up

Not one of the best. Staff just don't know what they doing here. I understand it's a busy environment but nothing seems to go smoothly here. Only ordered at Strawberry and Cream Frappe. Number came and went on the screen but still no frappe. Then it disappeared. So then asked one of the staff which didn't have a clue. Then it just magically appeared. 🤣 The Strawberry and Cream Frappe is out of this world mind.

A truly awful place. I have been going to this restaurant for over 12 months. In that time it has gotten worse. 1 Time food thrown at me by feral youths and threats made. A number of times spit all over the free tables and seating. What put the topper of it today I ordered a veg deluxe like I've been doing last 12 months. I made changes took off the mayo. And added cheese, tomato,cucumber and fresh onion I asked to speak to a manager one came over and was rude, they can't do it end of. Not willing to listen or discuss. Any place that needs security from about 4pm is troubling

worst maccies going.ordered with my friend online, was missing a sharebox of mozzarella dippers, a small bag of mozzarella dippers and all our dips,we then phoned up and said that we hadn’t gotten them and the staff who was female was rude and dismissive about it and basically told us it’s not her problem and to go and get a refund on the app. as if that’s good enough? you’d think for customer service after we spend £27 with them that they’d atleast have to decency to bring us what we paid for, then phoned up and spoke to another member of staff who was also dismissive. food was cold too. yeah really bad maccies. ‘it’s our policy it has to be done through the app as once it leaves the premises it’s not our responsibility’ yeah okay so don’t let it leave with missing items 😃 what are u getting paid for?

Ordered a breakfast roll with no egg and brown sauce on way to work. Got to work to find a breakfast roll with no sausage and red sauce. Still given 2 stars. Hash brown was great.

Really angry and upset. While waiting for our order the manager put a tray of food on the counter and called the order out then promptly coughed all over the food and walked away I couldn't just let the customer take their food knowing what had just happened especially during these times with covid, when I confronted him he said he hadn't noticed he had coughed! He then just removed the tray and carried on! Needless to say don't think we will be going to McDonald's again, not too sure of their hygiene standards!

Without sounding like I’m exaggerating, this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life💩, and unfortunately it’s in my home town and I can only get this one delivered because of the area code 😭.Every! Single! Order! :- things are missing! (nearly always my apple pie)(Or stupid things like the bacon)- the chips are always cold and barely salted!- sometimes late from 30mins to an hour- cheeseburgers slapped together and the patties must be over the 15 minute holder time because the cheese isn’t melted on the burger, which amazes me since they’re supposed to be hot.Every time we have to get things refunded and it’s still not worth it because prices are upped through delivery anyway and I wouldn’t order if I knew things would be missing!

Haven't had a Mcdonald for a long time. Had a delivery Sunday. Waited over one hour food was stone cold some of the order was missing. Will give McDonald's a miss from now on. Will give it a zero star I have to put one star cause it won't let me post this.

Came here each morning for breakfast while staying at the Travelodge nearby. Excellent service - can either book on the touchscreens or at the counters. A very busy site! Lots of people ordering car service / drive through and lots of couriers in & out for delivery orders. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite being so busy. Restaurant area was clean and tidy. I would happily return when in the area.

At 8am on a sunny summer Sunday morning it is very quite and a great time to have a leisurely breakfast whist everyone sleeps. Small ish car park but there is a big car park adjacent ( I think it is chargeable ) usual gang of delivery drivers hanging about outside ( which can slow the service right down at busy times!? ) Breakfast as great as always. Can order using the automated machine or at counter and can pay in cash! ( listen up Burger king, cash isn't extinct in the Uk! ) nice clean restaurant and polite staff. Can't ask for more
