Park Gate Inn in Wyre Forest

From the moment we arrived at the Park Gate the service was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful. The meals were well cooked and the steaks were cooked exactly to our requirement. I will definitely be dining there again. The cost of the meal was worth it.

Arrived at Park Gate for Mother’s Day and was greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our seats. Lovely spot in the corner (Table7). We were greeted by Georgia who took our drinks order and food. Georgia was really pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We all had the Turkey roast and having being the first time we had tried a Sunday roast at Park Gate, we were all impressed with the amount of food, and all of us pretty much cleared our plates. Myself and my mum had desserts, (Waffle and the Cheesecake) and both were lovely! The atmosphere was really nice and friendly, it was busy but not loud unlike some other restaurants can be. Overall a lovely experience for Mothers Day.

Awesome pub grub. Piping hot, no waiting. Each meal came out in perfect time. Service with a smile, what more can you ask for. Most tables were occupied too so we were really impressed!

Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly, our server May was fantastic, happy friendly and attentive, nothing was too much for our party of 9, it was my mother's birthday and she even checked if the chef would cook something from the weekly menu instead of the Sunday menu. The chef was happy to do this for us!! The food was fantastic and I would be happy to return and recommend to others, thanks for a great experience 😀

We arrived on a cold and wet afternoon in March. Inside we had a very warm welcome and quickly shown to a table. We ordered meals which were quickly served and which were delicious. All main meals are 2 for 1 and although they are far more expensive than normal pub meals eg Fish and chips £18.30 being 2 for 1 brings them down to more normal prices. Staff were very friendly and we would definitely go again.

Had a lovely experience at the Park Gate, got a table straight away as a walk-in although the place was busy and the food and drinks were as expected, classic pub grub that's hearty and filling.Had a lovely server who was attentive without being overbearing, will definitely be coming again. Georgia is a credit to the team and an example of the type of service that keeps people coming back.

The food was good. Pub was quiet and service was a little slow at parts during visit. Otherwise okay. It was clean and tidy.

Food came out hot and freshly cooked. All 4 meals were enjoyed. Chloe our server was fantastic and couldn't do enough for us and our children. It was so nice to see a smiley, happy person. Service was quick and efficient.

Great food, great venue, not very busy on Sunday. 2-4-1 always good.

Driven past this place many a times and always noticed how busy they are especially in summer. Was in the area visiting a friend and we decided to pop in for lunch. Nice and easy to get to ( on the Stourbridge road heading out of Kidderminster ) nice large car park that is free to use for patrons. Hand sanitiser on arrival and I was met by the lovely chap at the front reception area. I asked for a quite spot and I couldn't have asked for a better table. The music was at the right level to, In the back ground and you could hold a conversation with someone without shouting to each other. The pub looked nicely presented and clean and tidy. The staff were all Polite, attentive and a credit to the pub for their first class service and politeness. I pre booked the table on line which was a doddle and if you sign up to their mailing list you get 30% off main meals which reduced our bill nicely. The food is your usual pub grub and I was disappointed the chips weren't home made or gave you the option to have mash / jacket potato instead of the chips. Overall the food was satisfactory but nowt outstanding, but for the price you can't complain.
